Please advise if you would like to bring your pet/s. ___ PRICING: The base rate includes 4 guests. Extra guests thereafter incur an extra fee per person per night. ___ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for 30 days or more prior to arrival. 100% payment is required for 30 days or less to arrival. Balance payments are due 30 days prior to arrival. A Refundable Bond is payable by credit card 30 days prior to arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments are to be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. All payments are subject to a Non-Refundable 2.9% Transaction Fee. Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement. Cancellations greater than 31 days to the arrival date, incur an AU5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee. Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date are non-refundable. ___

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW: Due to the close proximity of neighbours near the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas. ___ IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY: The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation. ___ NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY: There is a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. ___ CCTV: Cameras are positioned at exterior entrances for security purposes.
