It doesn’t get any more practical. Across the road from Central Stations in Sydney’s hip Surry Hills, this apartment is close to everything. From here you can explore Sydney’s coolest suburbs on foot or catch trains or buses to beaches and bushwalks (or business meetings). Even the airport is 10 minutes away on public transport. And with new contemporary furniture, smart styling, modern appliances and polished concrete floors, you’ll be glad to arrive home every night. The space This second-floor apartment is a great option for single travellers and couples. An open-plan living and dining area gives onto a sunny balcony, while the bedroom has its own small private covered patio. The interior design is tasteful and the whole home is well lit. Until late 2019, the new Central Station Metro is being built. Standard construction hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturdays 8am - 1pm, Construction noise can be expected during these times. Occasional deliveries of large equipment may occur outside these hours.

If Surry Hills isn't Sydney's coolest neighbourhood, it's definitely in the hunt. Boutiques, galleries and restaurants line Crown St, and coffee is always close at hand. Grand old Victorian terraces abut converted warehouses, with the odd bit of award-winning contemporary architecture mixed in. It's also one of Sydney's most cycle-friendly suburbs, with bike paths that cry out to be explored.
