Jardim Isabel has become a place where people have found the landscape, the space, the fresh air, the sunshine and the tranquillity that we long for. It is considered one of the noblest neighborhoods in the South Zone. Its history is linked to the neighborhood of Ipanema, from which it was emancipated in 2009, and it is currently one of the newest neighborhoods in Porto Alegre. At the beginning of the last century, the land where Jardim Isabel now stands belonged to Bernardo Dreher and his family.
