Outdated ,no wi fi, nosy, no towels in the pool,

close to all attractions but quiet street.Good value for budget minded people.

Continental breakfast was a joke with poor selection to choose from.Claim to have cable television was not true.cleanliness could be improved,found that bathroom was not wiped down properly.toothpaste residue on faucet and dried up cleaner residue on bathtub.But not all bad.

Room was very cleanand came at a fair cost! Cheaper then surrounding hotels because its not right on clifton hill , however it is right behind Nightmares and only an 8-10 min walk to he falls themselves and literally 2 mins from clifton hill. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed here twice now and definitely would again. :)

The only real complaint I have is the beds were a little too firm for me personally. Other then that I had a gret experience!

Breakfast included!!first daywas down in basment consisted of,stirafoam cup of coffe and a stale muffin.2nd dayroom was locked.had to pay an extra of $70 for breakfast at an outside reastaurant.

Very clean hotel. Rooms were big. Heart shaped tub was very relaxing. Lots of children in Hotel, but no noise.

The room was nice and clean. Situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the main tourist area. Very value for money.

Limited channels available on TV but I find this a minor issue.

All the attractions and sight-seeing were in walking distance and the hotel atmosphere was extremely welcoming.

The indoor pool was a bit cold and a hot tub in the pool area would be a nice addition.

It was so close to everything we wanted to see. The decor was dated but clean. The fireplace was a nice touch. The jacuzzi was large enough for two. We will stay here again.

Man at desk! He was horrible!very rude. Told us we got the room dirt cheap so we had no right to complain. Breakfast was stale muffins and Cold coffe. No cream. Misrepresented on the website and his brochure. 8 blocks to falls not 2, which would be ok in the summer but it wad cold in march. Disappointing.

The location was central to everything, and the room was very clean. For the money we spent on the room it was ok, but the website makes it look so much more appealing than the actual hotel itself. Don't go with expectations. The old saying is you get what you pay for....so we got what we paid for.

There was no heat in the hallways going to our room or going to the pool. The pool itself was (heated) but only slightly. There is no way you could use their "heated" pool without getting sick. The picture on the website of what our room would look like was false advertising. The room was very clean but extremely small, and we booked the room with a king size bed, and jacuzzi tub. We got a queen size bed with a bath tub with jets. I would not reccomend this if you are looking for a romantic stay, however if you are looking for somewhere to sleep then the price, and location are fairly good.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel was in the perfect location. A walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls was lovely.

The TV was older and didn't have many channels.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Internet is included in the price and there is a nice indoor pool. The bathroom was very clean, the room was OK. You can control the temperature in the room. If you are not planning on staying indoors all day long, it's the best value for that price. Also, it's very close to Clifton Hill.

Breakfast. It's included in the price but I'd prefer they either provide something more edible or take it out. It's coffee and orange juice totally undrinkable and some pastry which is OK if you are really hungry.

The place was very nice people were very nice. Room was GREAT, it was nice to just sit in thr hot tub with the gas fireplace going and just relaxing. The fact that it is so close to everything was great.

There was two things we did not like: 1) there is no control for the heat it is either too hot or to cool. there should be some kind of temperture control. Also the beds were ok but a little hard.

The owner/manager was interested in only money. The hotel was very plain---worn- out towels, muffin and coffee only for the meager breakfast. Manager stood watch over people having a muffin and seemed to "count" what was taken. The property was old and out-dated, and it was definitely a "no frills" motel.

The hotel was clean, compfortable and less then 5min walk to Casino Niagara

We were unaware for the $8 parking fee, which increased the price 10%, not impressed about that.

Very Friendly staff, well located leaving the car at the hotel was a plus, close to attractions and restaurants. Nice clean room.
