Loews Hotel Vogue    

Rooms (including bathrooms) are very spacious and comfortable and have been recently renovated. Hotel staff is helpful and well trained.

No free wi-fi, in 2013 this should no longer happen.

Great location. Nice staff. Space and design of rooms. Free Coffee and Wifi in the Lobby. Make up service of rooms.

Costly Wifi in the room. Minibar com automatic invoicing system who avoids to use it to cool personal drinks or food.

Expensive parking

A quality hotel in an excellent city centre location just off the main shopping street and with plenty of bars and restaurants within ambling distance, yet remaining very quiet and tranquil. Very pleasant and professional staff and luxuriously appointed rooms.

There was some building work around the foyer. This was due to be completed soon after my stay (April '13) and when finished will improve the hotel facilities with an attractive bar/restaurant.

As we arrived we saw people protesting outside of the hotel and were told there was no room service. For this inconvenience, we were offered free drinks at a happy hour! For 3 days we had no room service, room was not cleaned, no towels were changed, not even a vacum cleaner. We had to ask for more towels.... A disaster. No price reduction was offered. I paid for a 4/5 star service and recieved none. Very unsatisfied. Further more, we were on a 6hrs jet lag and a busy business schedule, and the people protesting with whistle and banging pans made it hard to sleep... Never again.

Location, room.

Charged me random items on mini bar for 20 CAD because tip for room service was not sufficient. Check your bill when leaving! Staff trying to be nice, but you never feel comfortable. (doorman, room service)

The price of the breakfast and the food delivered. To pay for the Internet 14,95$ a day. No pool.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the stay even though the hotel was under rennovation. The location is excellent, shopping and the best of Montreal down town restaurants are all a few steps away. Would stay there again next time in Montreal.

I didnt know it was being refurbished, there was no footpath and no restaurant

I like the location of Loews as well as the quality of the rooms, ambiance,etc....

The beds were a little uncomfortable. The hotel was under construction when we were there - we did not know this until we arrived. Our last night stay, someone was working across the street until 1 am(not your fault) but construction on Loews started at 6 am and woke us up. We had a horrible sleep our last night.
