this is an old house, over 100 years old, located in the great location, only take 25 minutes to Falls by waling and 3 minutes by driving. as it is an old house, there not have central AC , in our house, there have total 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, was put a portable AC in each bedroom, however, due to the structure of the house, the 5th bedroom in the main floor, could not put portable AC, so, the bedroom in the main floor we only can offer fan . the house have two part, the main part of property is for the guest living , the other part of the house is for the owner living, the guest and the host have separate entrance to the house, each party have their own privacy. as our place have a lot of beds ( total 7 queen size beds, 1 double size bed), we can host a large group of people, however, please note that , if the group people is less than 9 ppl ( including 9), we only open the 4 bedrooms in the second floor, as there have enough beds. the 5th bedroom in the main floor is only open over 10ppl (including 10). the very import things is that, please keep quiet after 11:00PM, as our neighbors house is closed to our house, any noise will cause them could not sleep.

we are in a safe and quiet neighborhood, located in Niagara Falls, you can see the river view just 1 min across the river road, you can enjoy the bar at night on the queen street, which is just 5 minutes walking distance. 25 minutes walking distance to the world famous Niagara Falls. Free private parking is available on site. A TV is available. free WiFi throughout the property. Casino Niagara is 1.7 km from our Home, while Skylon Tower and Clifton hill is 2.5 km away. if you want to visit the town of Niagara on the Lake, you need take a drive about 20 minutes.
