Service is good, the quality of breakfast is excellent. Room is clean and the bed sheet is changed everyday. In central of old town, it is very convenience for sight seeing everywhere. All the decoration is new and luxury. . |

By and large the staff was helpful and efficient, and the room was adequate, but there were no luxuries, for example available massages. When asked about this, a staff member did not even suggest that such a service could be obtained at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, and was not at all enjoyable. If one came in any time towards the end of the breakfast period, what was left was unappetizing and unappealing. Bread was hard, eggs were cold and hard. Limited selection of fruit (no bananas). |

The quiteness of the Hotel and the area. The breakfast was great and plenty to choose from. We booked a "Superior Room" and would have expected that the room would be bigger than a standard room. We were quite suprised that the room was quite small and we had requested a double bed and got two twin beds put together. |

It is really good location. The hotel was a good value for the money. It is a very good idea to put fruits in the room It was a little misunderstanding with the staff, but the administration were very complementary |

Very kind hotel staff,specialy staff from reception desk.Kitchen was good,in whole everything was nice. Maybe the caffe bar should be working from 07:00 in the morning becouse of the people who get early for meetings,we could not get our morning coffee until breakfast serve is started. |

when i called for something, they came very quick. seemed like before I could even hang up the phone they were at the door. the room was much smaller than the piture on the website. for 200 something euro a night, it was really really small. the size of a single room dang near. |

Kind staff, good location, clean room,tasty breakfast, it's one of the best hotel in Prague. We appreciate the hotel takes care a lot for Japanese visitors.We appreciate if you could prepare good Japanese rice in breakfast, because you have already prepared Miso soup and something side dishes. |
