It's a wonderfully decorated apartment, with many valuable porcelain items and not only. I loved that you could even make a fire in the fireplace (I wish I could have used it, but the temperature was ok). There isn't any air conditioning but you won't need it. Gabriela is a helpful host and attentive to details. Parking is excellent, in the yard, just in front of the door.

Comfortable apartament with all you need for staying, kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. It was clean and safe, parking was at the property, what was very convenient. The decorations and collection of cups and pottery, were bringing us smile every day :)

The apartment is accessible directly from the parking slot, so we could have easilly carried sleeping kids from car to bed, and only had to make few steps with baggage. Everything in the apartment is extra well equipped, and also very nicely decorated. Carefully designed decorations make the whole space very homely. (I have been to many hotels and rooms, and this was probably the one most like actual home place) We did not have time to cook, but its great to have a nicely equipped, working kitchen with a dishwasher when traveling. The owner was very helpful and also tolerant. We arrived in the night, with no issues. Wifi also worked fine.

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Vila Polacek hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es ist sehr gemütlich und warm und heimelig - also genau das, was wir nach langen Winterwanderungen durch den Wald gebraucht haben. Die Gastgeberin ist jederzeit zu erreichen und antwortet schnell und zuverlässig auf Nachfragen. Durch den eigenen Eingang (inklusive Parkplatz) hatten wir aber auch - die für uns angemessene - Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei einem großen Supermarkt, einem kleinen mini-Markt und Restaurants. Wer möchte kann sich für wenig Geld einen Kaffe mit der bereitgestellten Kapsel-Maschine machen.

The flat was fully equipped, with all kind of kitchenware, sanitary and living facilities. The Entrance ist separate direct beside the parking lot. You have absolut privacy.

Suterénní byt, tudíž pach zatuchliny po vstupu, poté si již člověk zvykne. Ale vše čisté, vybavené. Pouze chyběla vařečka na teflonovou pánev, je škoda míchat lžící. V oknech mříže (nutnost vzhledem k přízemí), závěsy, které nezakrývají celou šíři oken, ale víceméně postačující. Všude na poličkách a odkládacích plochách dekorace, malinko oříšek najít místo, kam položit věci pro každodenní použití (potraviny, kosmetika, hračky pro děti...), ne vše se dá dát do mřížových regálu ve skříních. Škoda předčasného telefonátu paní majitelky ohledně dalších lidí ubytovaných ve stejný termín v "našem" ubytování, zbytečně nás to vystrašilo, že se budeme muset přestěhovat (pobalit všechny miliony věcí při cestování se dvěma malými dětmi). Vyřešeno nakonec bez naší asistence, my jsme byli ve správném ubytování, druhá osoba ne. Jen ten alarmující telefonát . Ale celkově ubytování pěkné, čisté, doporučuji.
