Just sit back and relax: on just under 80 square metres and with 4 rooms, 4-6 people (if necessary a 7th person on an additional mattress in the living room) can normally occupy half a house, namely the entire top floor, undisturbed. There is 1 table and 2 benches in the front garden, and a small barbecue with equipment is included. We, two creative people + 2 dogs, don't have a sterile designer pad, but an older but lively house with creaky, solid wooden floorboards, and everything is surrounded by a wild, romantic, overgrown garden and lots of flowers. The city centre, the popular river Isar or one of the popular lakes are all around 20 minutes away from us. Then there's the beautiful and well-maintained tennis court with 15 top clay courts, BMX course + largest forest park area in the south of Munich. In addition, 3 really good restaurants (one of the best Indian restaurants in the city, a classic Munich pub with beer garden, a lovely Greek taverna) are within walking distance and only between 200 and 600 metres away. Welcome to the most beautiful interface between city and countryside!

We are simply delighted when we can make our guests happy and see how they feel. The personal encounters and conversations with our guests are also wonderful and enriching - and if it suits, we are happy to have a glass of wine with them on the ground floor, as we live in the other half of the house, the ground floor.

There are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the house, guests may also park in the driveway on the property. Bus stop 30 m from the door, underground stations to get to the city centre are about 3 minutes away. All urban infrastructure, from shopping to doctors, can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
