This newly-build two floor apartment is the ideal location for a nice stay in Copenhagen. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms, a large kitchen-dining area, and two bathrooms. To ensure an easy stay, there are both dish-washing machine, washing machine, and dryer. After 30 sec. walk, with the water bus you can enjoy a charming sail ride along nature and the architecture of the city - it takes you directly to Nyhavn, the Royal Opera and Refshaleøen. 3 supermarkets within 5 min. walk.

The area is wonderful and very peaceful. The apartment is placed in a modern area with newly-built apartments. The area is quite international and everyone speaks English and are very friendly. There is great opportunity for enjoying a nice morning or evening walk in the summer around the water canals adjacent to the apartment. There are biking routes in the area if one wishes to see Copenhagen along the waterside. There is a gym around 10 min. walk away, and additionally, there is a climbing center 10 min. walk away. Moreover, there is a Netto and Spar in 2 minutes walking distance as well as an Irma 5 minutes away (supermarkets). Other than that, there is an Italian food market in the area for a more exotic shopping experience. There is public transport close by ensuring easy transport to the rest of Copenhagen. Bus 7A: 3 minutes walk S-train station: 10-15 minutes walk Water bus 992: 1-minute walk Tivoli, Copenhagen centrum is only 10 -20 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus 7A. There is free parking space on the side street, however, they are usually taken by 4 PM. Alternatively, there are parking slots for payment on the other side of the bridge.
