*NOT* a child, kid, stroller or family friendly facility. The apartments are not part of a hotel, but converted offices in an office building. The apartment was dirty, and the mattresses were totally gross. The staff was VERY rude. They ONLY have single beds. I would NEVER stay here again.

Location is easy to travel in Copenhagen. Very close to bus stop.

Very noisy street because of bar and garbage truck every night and morning. Hotel staff is not helpful. We do everything by ourselves.

The position in the city is great and access to transport and the tivoli gardens is excellent.

The Penthouse apartments bear no resemblance to the image on the site. Self catering was difficult as there was a poor assortment of utensils and crockery; all but one of the glasses provided were cracked. The apartments are old and dated and not private; people have access to your balcony and walk past to get to thei apartments. The staff are disinterested and barely helpful especially if you choose not to have breakfast. The apartments are difficult to get to and there is no assistance with your luggage. The lifts are small and the entrances are some distance from reception outside and down the street. A little difficult when it is snowing. Very little in the gym was functioning.

Location of the Hotel is very good!

Requested an apartment with a double bed plus single, was provided with three singles. Modern spacious apartment images shown on the internet did NOT match the tired, not so spacious apartment we ended up with. When booking an apartment we expected access to clothes washing facilities (laundry) - but not so. Despite complaining staff were unable or unwilling to fix a broken leg on one bed. Instead we were asked to prop it up with something - of course we always carry a brick for such emergencies (NOT). Dinner in Bistro was atrocious - we ordered off the menu for table service, but what was delivered to the table as take-away in styrofoam boxes (obviously sourced from outside the Bistro). Cold bad food in plastic! What a rip off.

Good amenities in the apartment. Hob, Microwave, toaster, kettle etc. It was quiet. There was a lift up. Private entrance. Good for a group of friends.

Functional over style.

The location, near to the station and bus routes but also within walking distance to the local attractions.

The noise from the Pumpheuset across the street when a band was playing.

The best breakfast we had on our 5 week trip. So central to everything, spacious suite. cannot wait to come back.

Spacious clean apartments, low budget and fantastic location !

Oven would've been handy but that's it.

Cleanliness, location (in the center of Copenhagen about 400 m from the central station and just 200 m from the Stroget - walking street!). Tauqeer, Islamabad.

Had a change of plan but found the staff not helpful in accommodating my request. Although there is no clear policy on giving a more than 24-hour notice for vacation of the hotel, yet the staff interpreted the policy in a manner not helpful to change of plans!

Spacious apartment, very comfortable, close to local shops and tourist information store.

Close to the center. Old and vintage. Enough space (but very small bedroom).

The bath is separate from the toilet and in the opposite side of the apartments. The floor is creaking and crunching awfully ! The pictures on this website do not reflect the reality!

Location sumptuous breakfast size of appartment, excellent for 3 pp but probably big enough for 4 as well

There were some plumbing issues in the bathroom with the floor being flooded when you let the bathwater out.

- Hotel was in grest situation for our needs. - Generally the staff was ok. - Genarally the hotel was ok, but there where one major fault and few small faults, I think I will not visit this hotel anymore

- I had booked and paid from internet the biggest apartment nearly 90m2, and what we got was 45m2. We had 20 visitors to come. The explanation of staff was that sometimes the booking.com or others over-exaggerate the rooms. Anyway it is either booking.com or the hotels fault, I was (and I am) not satisfaid with this. We had to manage but it was not nice at all, I am disappointed. - The staff was ok, but I did not like the thing that during our 4 nights stay I had to go three times to "re-open" our key-cards. They stopped working three times. - we got a smoking room, which could not be changed. We managed but it was not nice.

Rude receptionist. No kettles available to make a cup of tea in our penthouse - which in our eyes was not a penthouse and the photos on line were misleading. Our room was very dated and not modern.Information book in room was incorrect.Sadly very dissappointed and not worth the money. Would not RETURN.Would go elsewhere when next in Denmark.
