Location was grteat Yes. I told them upon arrival how filthy room was and what needed to be done. It was not done in full the next day. The maid told me she only had 15 minutes to clean.. Breakfast was very mediocre. |

We stayed in an apartment with lots of privacy and a seperate bedroom which made it possible to be there with our 1 year old son. The extremely noisy surroundings i.e. the nearby boulevard and the cinema visitors |

More room than at hotel room. Great breakfast! Location good. Clean. Check in not until 3pm. Apartments somewhat run down, needed some renovations. Noisy! Luckily the night club below was closed for vacation, so noise could have been worst. |

The nice spacious apartment, great location and a fair prise, wonderful closet space. Like walking into a home, but not a hotel. The drunken noise outside. Rather small beds and a little too far to the toilet. Very little compared to all the good things the apartments offer. Next time we would ask to be put farther from the main street. |

The location was excellent, within walking distance of many sights and close to transport for others. The free breakfast is a very good value. The second apartment we stayed in was quite large and recently renovated. The staff was nice about typical things, like storing luggage. But when problems arose they could get quite rude. I saw them treat an elderly woman terribly when she was confused about check-in time. And when the Intenet connection in our room didn't work, the desk clerk actually said "It's never our fault." Housekeeping was pretty awful (only made beds and replaced towels).No AC, and no fan. |

Det er flott å bo på Ascot, og beliggenheten er perfekt. Å bo i leilighet midt i Kbhn. er et meget godt alternativ. Den doble sovesofaen i stuen som skal benyttes av to personer var ikke god å ligge i da madrassene var meget tynne, og slitte. Disse kan med fordel skiftes ut. |

Veldig bra beliggenhet, sentralt noe som passet meget bra for vårt opphold. Vi var 6 stk på jentetur Vi hadde 2 overnatinnger og laget oss egen frokost i leiligheten. Hadde nok ønsket at koppene hadde blitt vasket av rengjøringspersonalet da vi ikke drog med kopptue, kopphånduk og vaskemiddel på ferien vår |

et dejligt centralt hotel med flinke mennesker, dog var der meget larm i opgangene til sent på natten, ellers alt ok. Rengøring, underrengøring på værlset/appartment blve der ikke støv suget i over 3 dage, da jeg ankom låde der chokoladepair i sofaen, det lå der også da jeg rejste efter 6 overnatinger, så her bør strammes op |

het ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed, maar er was te weinig plaats voor iedereen zodat wij (3personen) in een soort vergader ruimte moesten ontbijten. lift die het vaak niet deed, er was gerookt in ons appartement,de peuken lagen nog in de afvalbak in de keuken |
