Location was great, perfect for a cheap and cheerful stay in an otherwise expensive city. The apartment was slightly small for 4 people, as the sofa bed didn't really sleep 2.

The location is good. Set on a quiet street but not far from tourist attractions. I find the reception staff less then friendly. When ask questions they made you wait and does not smile. My apartment is repainted but furniture is very mixed. Looks like furniture they pick up from a garage sale. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable s there is a gap right in the middle. I complaint and they replace a foldable spring bed instead. There was 4 dinner chairs and 3 out of the 4 was broken- The back just bend backward when lean on. These was also replaced with horrible cheap looking chairs when I contacted them. The elevator is tiny and could only fit 3 people(without luggage). Lights in the kitchen was broken and the technician can't fix it. Beside the good location there is nothing good about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it. I moved out as soon as I found a better hotel.

Great central location. All the major attractions on your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not quite as comfortable as i had expected for the price per night. For example, the sofa was covered with a blanket to hide a deep hole. The bed and bedding were not of 4 star quality.

We rented their 1 bedroom apartment for three nights. Grate apartment fully equiped. The location with 500 meters to Tivoli and a huge selection of restaurants, shopping and the walking street Stroget. Grate value for money, Good location, Grate breakfast!

It was very convenient to have the ability to cook in the apartment. Dishes and cutlery were provided as well. The breakfast buffet was pricey, but good. They tried to charge us for an extra bed although both of the children we were traveling with had slept in the mother's bed.

Traditional inner city one bedroom European apartment. Huge lounge/dining about 5 metres by 5 metres with a sofa/bed, plus a dining table and chairs. Separate kitchen 2 metres square, small bedroom, good sized bathroom with shower and handbasin (no bath or toilet) and a separate room with toilet and handbasin. Close to the main railway station the Tivoli amusement park, and the Town Hall. It is just outside the boundary of the main shopping area, though it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the major shops in the centre of that area. It has a lift but no air conditioning. Free WiFi worked well. Supermarket only 100 metres away, and several good restaurants around the block. No air conditioning. This was not a great problem while we were there, as the weather was cool, but could be a problem in hot weather. Bedroom is tiny - only about 2 feet (600 mm) longer and wider than the queen sized bed which was hard against one side wall. The person in that side had to get onto or off the bed over the foot of the bed.

It was very well located, close to the City Hall and shopping streets. It was great to have an apartment as one of us was celebrating her 60th birthday and we have family and friends who came to see us at the hotel. We liked to be able to make our own breakfast and prepare snacks as we liked. We felt very much like being at home. I would have liked a big bed not 2 separate beds. In the kitchen I missed an automatic coffee machine but I have sympathy for this missing as I know how much some people steal! Also I would have liked a small pan to fry eggs in the morning. The hotel was very peaceful until the last night when neighbours above very making noices that woke us up.

The location was good, close to some nice restaurants, the centre of the city, a cinema and the central station. The rooms were nice, clean and complete. The bathroom included a batchtub and a small kitchen with a fridge was available as well. The only thing I really missed was a dvd player in the room. A tv was available but it was only possible to watch tv instead of your own dvd'S.

Location, independence (each apartment has an individual exit to the street). Poor furnitures; the overpromising pictures led to frustrating experience.

Very clean. When I ran into housekeeping on a few occasions they always asked me if there was anything I needed and were so friendly, way beyond what I'd expect of housekeeping staff. Location excellent- a stone's throw from Tivoli, Stroget, Town Hall etc but still managed to be quiet and peaceful (except for some noise from other guests on a Saturday night, which to be fair was beyond the hotel's control). Furniture was on the old side but in excellent condition and in fact gave the apartment more character/a homely feel as compared to other hotels. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay- entrance hall, lounge/dining, tv, little kitchen, separate bedroom with ensuite bath. To enter the apartment had to actually exit the hotel and walk along the street and use a different entrance which enters into a small, unmanned foyer for the apartment bit. Not a huge problem, but this was not advised and is a little inconvenient eg if you want to use the fitness centre you must walk along the street and go through the lobby- a bt uncomfortable in the winter in exercise gear. Main negative is the attitude of some of the staff- for a 4 star establishment, you'd expect to be offered help with your baggage. On check in I struggled into the lobby with one bag and told the lady I had to race out and get another which was sitting on the sidewalk. Even though there was no one else in the lobby I.e she had nothing to do, she did not offer to help/get help, rather just watched, even though I was visibly flustered and probably looked tired, having come off a long-haul fkight. After check-in similarly I had to ask her if someone could help me with my bags, particularly as I'd just been advised I'd need to exit the hotel again (down steps) and walk along the street some way (across a cobblestone driveway with a big wheelie bag mind you) then make my way in and upstairs. In my opinion, in a 4-star apartment, the staff should have the initiative to offer that kind of help. On the day I left I left my luggage in the luggage room after check out. When I came back to collect it I was simply handed a key to the luggage room to go get my bags myself, again no help was offered- the luggage room is down steps from the lobby, so I had to carry the bags these, through the lobby and again down to the sidewalk.

The location and price were good, and the room was warm The floors were so creaky you felt like you were going to wake the whole building up just going for a midnight bathroom break. Also, the room was for 4 adults according to the website, but there is no way you could sleep 2 adults on the sofa bed in the room. On the booking.com website, it indicated that there were laundry facilities - but we couldn't find any.

A charming feel-good apartment in an excellent location for an excellent price (€110). Breakfast with smoked salmon. Can't beat the feeling. The bed was somewhat worn-down.

Staff and location. Easy to book tours and food. Sold as "sleeps 4". If 2 crash on the couch yes. We had assumed 2 rooms were available to sleep 4 (and a baby). In fact Ascot doesn't have any 2 room apartments. Their rooms would be more fairly advertised as 2 + 2 explaining that 2 would need to crash on the couch. Kitchen isn't modern and apartment isn't spacious {662). Eg no oven, toaster, dinner plates, large glasses, tin opener.

Location. The beds were very narrow and the sofa bed was not suitable for two older children. The soap/shampoo containers were empty in our room. Also two towels is not enough for four people.

The apartments were located very near to Tivoli - we visited because of the Christmas market. The apartments were clean and well equipped. The lift only holds three persons which made it difficult with a buggy and two children. The interior was being painted - again not good with small children.
