With a view of the Atlantic, the holiday apartment "En Jardín Mariposa" in La Matanza de Acentejo is a great choice for nature lovers. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, and a dryer. Access to a sauna can be provided upon request and for a fee. This apartment features a spacious, 15 m² private open terrace. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with an overall size of 8000 m² that includes a pool, a covered terrace, and an outdoor shower. Children are to be supervised by parents in the outdoor spaces at all times. In addition to the parking spaces in front of the property, guests will find other free parking spaces in the neighborhood. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 10 pm to 8 am). Air conditioning is not available.
