Apt. 1 (30m2) is a two bedroom apartment with a queen size bed en each. In one bedroom there is also an individual bunk bed. The apartment has a bathroom inside the apartment and the shower is outside in an enclosed room. There is a small outside area for sitting and eating. Apt. 2 (15 m2) has a big covered porch (30 m2) with kitchen, table, chairs, chubinsky stove (for heat in winter), fantastic outdoor shower. Apt. 3 (30m2) has one bedroom with a king size bed and an individual bunk bed, a salon with a sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. There is a small outside area for sitting and eating. Apt. 1 and Apt 3 can be rented together. For groups of eight people it is ideal. We are situated on first-line of beach with views of waves from roof. In the building there is a restaurant and in summer there is a bar upstairs.

I am from New York City, but have lived in Cadiz, Spain since 2001. For many years, I lived in the center of Cadiz and now I live here in El Palmar on the beach. I sing, teach English and now rent rooms here in this magical building where great connections happen daily.

Our customers are young people who want to enjoy wonderful water sports by day and incredible night life in the evening. From November until April things can be more peaceful, but in the warmer months you may find this ¨fun night life¨ happening right here in the same building as the apartments. This is why we tend to warn customers that in the warmer months the atmosphere may not be the most adequate for families with young children.
