Casares del sol penthouse with sea view. This gorgeous 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment is ideal for couples, golfers and families and has everything you need for a relaxing break in this beautiful un-spoilt part of the Costa del sol. Relax on the massive 80 M south/ southwest facing penthouse and enjoy stunning uninterrupted views of the sea, tropical gardens and Sierra Bermeja mountains. or take a 15 minutes walk to the beach and Paseo . The apartment is 300 metres from the nearest restaurant and bar and a 10 minute drive to Estepona. Relax on the lower terrace which is ideal for breakfast and watching the beautiful sunrises, or chill on the massive penthouse with more stunning views from sunrise to sunset, the perfect place for sundowners! There are two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a shower room, kitchen and lounge/ dining room. There is hot and cold air conditioning and free fibre optic WIFI . The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard, with brand new beds and leather sofas, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious lounge has a 50 inch Smart TV, with all major UK TV channels, along with Spanish, French and German TV, NetFlix and Amazon Prime
We are so happy that we can share our lovely apartment with you. When we stay it is so peaceful; that all our stresses just melt away. We are an active 50 plus couple and we like to walk everywhere. we go to the beach which takes 15/20 minutes and from here walk to Sabinillas then Duquesa, which is about 30 and 40 minutes, for if we are eating out we usually get a taxi back which is less than 10 euros. We keep our apartment spotlessly clean, which obviously incurs additional cost for us, this along with the huge terrace means that our cleaning and laundry costs per booking are high, we absorb much of this costs and only charge guests an average cleaning cost. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any further information. .
There are ample bars and restaurants, with the Golf club Brasserie and Bahia de Casares a short 500 and 700 Metre stroll, or for a more luxurious experience the 5 star Finca Courtesin hotel is less than 800 Metres away and has 4 highly regarded restaurants, one Michelin Star. BEACHES and PORTS- The lovely ‘la sal’ blue flag beach is a 15 minute walk away, you will find water sports and beach massage in the summer and loungers and parasol hire. Sabinillas is a stunning Spanish town with plenty of chiringuitos along the Paseo, there are play areas, shops, restaurants and of course all the sights you’d expect from a typical traditional Spanish town. There is a market on the paseo every Friday morning and there is a huge Sunday Market, from 10 till 2 pm. The Port of duquesa is 10 minutes walk further along the Paseo, a lovely port with a few shops and plenty of restaurants and bars and from here you take a number of boat trips. Inland there are the lovely villages of Manilva and Casares and Gaucin just a 10 and 20 minute drive away. The Roman baths in Manilva are well worth a visit though you need to get a ticket, which is free, from the tourist office in Duquesa.
