The 350.000 m² ranch, which is now a sustainable holiday residence of rural tourism with a main house and a total of 9 separate residences. The names of the individual accommodations reflect the function that the places had at the time of the agricultural enterprise. The main house offers a lounge, a game room and a large dining room. There you will also find the daily breakfast menu, which is included in the price and contains some kinds of food produced on the farm, as well as typical Mallorcan sweets and sausages. The name of the small holiday home S'Aboal refers to the mule and donkey stables that used to be here. Natural stone elements, old feeding troughs and a door frame made of solid olive wood create a unique and very homely atmosphere. The 67 m² accommodation offers a cosy living room, a well-equipped country kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, which have been pushed together to form a double bed) as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the private outdoor area you will find a spacious terrace and a small garden area, picturesquely surrounded by a natural stone wall. Sunbathe on the loungers or enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones in the fresh air.
