The apartment is 110 m2 plus 40 m2 of patio, with high ceilings (3.3 meters) with original plaster moldings (three of them polychrome) and beautiful original hydraulic tile floors. It was restored faithfully following the original floor plan and style, but with an updated reinterpretation. The apartment has a very bright living room, a dining room, a total of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and three of them with their own bathroom and the last one with the bathroom in the hallway. Two of the rooms face the street but the double glazed windows block street noise, the other two rooms face the interior and are quiet. All rooms have a wardrobe.
