I liked that the rooms are on the corners of the main hall and due to that they are separated and quiet. The restaurant has a good menu and very helpful staff.

I actually feel very sad writing this very descritive negative review, because I usually do not have to do it with the places that I carefully choose for my stays. But unfortunately I was not a lucky one amongst all these good reviews, and truly feel like sharing this, not with the purpose to diminish the other reviews and this stay, but to be a bit more truthfull with anyone that like me didnt expected such a disappointing experience. I booked this stay for the night before my birthday, and unfortunately all the purposes that I had could not be acomplished (original purpose was to have a relaxing stay and enjoying the pool). To start with arriving, make sure you synchronize very well with your estimated time of arrival, the door is unlocked by the host remotely, with the keys inside. Even tho days before arriving, I had previously questioned if I could maybe check-in as soon as possible, but due to a delay in a cycling adventure I immediately shared with the host at 12h that would not need to rush, and we ended arriving 16h anyway (official 1st time for check-in). When arriving and first priority after the adventure being the shower, our disappointment started, the bathroom would stink and the towels were wet. Contacting the host about towels, he said that should have other towels available in a cupboard, which were not there (just pool towels) and he also shared that the reason for this was because probably the housekeeping was rushed from my "enter as soon as possible" request of days before, even tho I shared by 12h that I would not be there anywhere early and they had lots of time to do everything with no rush (also no need to compromise the quality of your service for a customer’s request). We had to wait to shower for the towels hanged outside to dry a bit. CONTINUES...

What a lovely location and everything was immaculate and worked perfectly! The parking was perfect but most of all the hosts were lovely and are now our friends!
