The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with 2 pools and a lovely sea view, a stone's throw away is Playa Carvajal which is the nearest beach but also among the best on the Costa del Sol. Here there are beach bars, restaurants, bars and shops. A few minutes away by car is also the El Higueron Sport Club with a world-class paddle facility, here there is also a restaurant and Spa and plenty of parking. It takes just under 15 minutes to travel from the airport to the apartment and there is also a train nearby that takes you along the entire coast, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, the Airport and Malaga city. When you step into the apartment you are greeted by a bright and newly renovated apartment with the fully equipped kitchen on the right, here you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer and much more to cook on holiday. Further into the apartment you have a dining area, comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV before you come out to the lovely balcony with a dining area and a lovely sea view where you can at times see dolphins alike. Upstairs you have a large and private roof terrace with a lounge group and here you have sun all day. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and A / C and blackout blinds. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, washing machine and dishwasher and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
