Agence Cocoonr offers you Arlequin, ideally located in downtown Rennes, close to all transport (bus, metro) and amenities (all shops nearby, parking) in the lively Les Halles district. It's ideal for a short leisure/tourist stay, a business trip lasting a few days, or any other situation (moving house, professional transfer, period of renovation work, etc.). The apartment is ideal for 1 to 4 people, with 1 bedroom featuring a real bed + 1 quality convertible sofa in the living room (slatted bed base). It comprises : - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (combi oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery...) - A living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with access to nearly 200 channels (TV freebox offer) and a work area. You'll have unlimited access to the Internet via Wifi or ethernet cable. - A bedroom, with a double bed and a wardrobe/closet to store your belongings. Bed linen is provided and your bed will be ready on arrival! We can also provide a crib on request. - The bathroom was completely redone in 2016, with a beautiful walk-in shower, a functional washbasin and a washing machine. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron are also provided. Towels are also provided.
