Our tastefully renovated flat is located in a quiet yet central area. You can find a free parking space nearby and walk to the city centre, and the tram is within easy reach. This bright and spacious flat is perfect for a business or leisure stay, with free WiFi and a dedicated teleworking area overlooking the building's communal garden. The accommodation is NON SMOKING, and parties are not permitted. Ideal for business trips or family holidays. It has a large, bright living room with a sitting area (comfortable sofa, TV, fibre internet box and TV box) opening onto a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen (gas hob, microwave, kitchen utensils and crockery) with an eating area/bar. The first bedroom has a 160×190 double bed and a large dressing room and faces the quiet street, while the other two bedrooms, which face the garden, have single beds (2 single beds with wardrobes, then a single bed with built-in cupboard). All have comfortable bedding, including draw sheets, duvets and pillows. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit, and towels are provided. To welcome you : - Aurélie, a local girl who spent her childhood exploring the local sunken lanes on horseback, and who loves meeting new people and travelling. - Henri, a fan of fishing, DIY and lots of humour. We have lived in the flat we offer for rent, and are open to suggestions for improvements. We're very busy as we also welcome travellers who need a room, volunteers who give us a hand on the participative building site, and we're renovating an old ruined manor house.
