Our holiday home in Erquy is ideal for your holidays in Brittany with family or friends. It is located in a very quiet and protected location, 150 meters walk of the Caroual beach, only supervised beach in Erquy offering excellent water quality (EEA) and many water and leisure activities. Near the house you find the coastal trail 34 and the valleys and woods of Cavé with their cycle paths and hiking trails. The 110 m² house has a bright living and dining room, a large separate, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. The house has 4 bedrooms : one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) on the ground floor and three others upstairs: one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), a crib and a changing table and a small one with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). From the living room and the kitchen you have direct access to the south-facing terrace with appropriate garden furniture. For rest and leisure, you will enjoy the enclosed and protected garden of about 800 m² around the house. Table tennis table, barbecue, Wifi internet connection, television and Hifi system are also available.
