We offer this charming 44 m² air-conditioned duplex apartment with swimming pool for rent in Cabriès, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). We're waiting for you ! The apartment is composed as follows : First floor : - 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, sitting area and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including : electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... First floor : - Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed - Bedroom 2 : Bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Shared outside area : - A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from May to September. There are two pools, a paddling pool for the little ones, and a large pool with variable depth. Sun loungers are located in the pool area. - Leisure facilities include a children's play area and petanque courts. Other remarks : - Pets are allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
