People say that I am a very active and joyful person. I am interested in alot of things: cooking, music, sewing, making jewels, making furniturewith recycled materials, ecology..... I love creating and share with other people what I do! I have renovated and decorated all my own my house and the restaurant and the lodgings. This winter, for example I have built all the furniture for the lodgings! I have discovered ecological paint, and patina, I even learned to do them myself which is so satisfying! All round the year I organise events: concerts, cooking lessons, making jewels, furniture, ecological paint.... everything that I learned during the project

La Chouette Etoilée is like a little unusual village that takes place in my garden near my house and restaurant. The house is very traditional, built in the Champagne styles with wood beams and bricks. It is a very magical place sogreen and flowery during summer. La Coudre, is a small village of 35 inhabitants nest in beween a small lake and the forest. The pond is just next door and can be fished. With La Chouette I hoped to share my fantasy world. I wantes to create different stories for each lodging: The Fairy Tale Princess lodge, the Gold Seaker Lodge, The Arch in the Stars, The Wigwam of Phileas Fogg with all his travelling souvenirs, and the hyppie tent. Every time the deco style is absolute. I have search objects, changed their purpose, décorated them, even built them with palett wood or the remains of the lodge. Conscious of the environment I used ecological materials, even sometimes made them.

La Coudre is a very small village located in the south of the Champagne area. We are only 30 km away from Troyes, medieval city with its beamed architecture. Just walkingin the streets with the eyes wide open is fantastic. Troyes has also lots of factury outlets and museums. We are also 30 km away from the Chablis wines and the Champagne vineyards. Very near La Chouette you have cider museums, cider producers, mushroom producers, nice villages, beautiful churches.......
