I am pleased to welcome you in my 110 square meters apartment, which is located on the 4th floor without elevator and situated in the heart of the 14th district of Paris, in a condominium with GARDEN. The apartment can only accommodate 2 adults, but can accommodate 3 children and possibly a 4th in an extra bed under the bunk bed. You will stay close to the RER serving Orly and Roissy, to the rue Daguerre (a shopping street), to many bus and metro lines, and to the Catacombs. ## Logement My apartment is carefully decorated, well equipped, quiet and very bright. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a comfortable stay! It is located on the 4th floor without elevator and is composed of three bedrooms (two of the bedrooms overlook the garden of the condominium); a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; a bathroom with a bathtub; and a living room with a television to relax you after an intense day. During your stay, you will have at your disposal: 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, 1 double bed, dishwasher, oven, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, Wifi. The bunk bed is only for children. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Animals are not allowed in the apartment and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in the common area of the property. The location of the apartment is ideal: in the heart of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, near several sites of interest, namely Paris Catacombs (9 minutes on foot); Montsouris Square (15 minutes) and several museums. It is also located close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants and shops. For your daily shopping, you will find a "Lidl" at 2 minutes walk. You will be very well served by the various transports to stroll in the city and visit the tourist sites which make the fame of the capital! The 14th arrondissement is a large area that is largely residential, yet includes some of the most famous attractions in Paris. The 14th is home to the Tower, the train station and the Montparnasse cemetery. It is also home to the Catacombs, the cheerful Denfert-Rochereau, and the rue Daguerre, with its cafés and small stores that will remind you of the rue Montorgueil in the 3rd arrondissement.
