Location and cleanliness
Room tiny for the money, kept hitting head on sloping roof, caught finger in sliding door that was not fitted properly. Room not cleaned until returned from day skiing which was inconvenient. Next day room cleaned earlier but maid left room open. Staff acknowledged mistakes but no apology at any opportunity.
Clean, Discreet but efficient staff excelent position ski-room design food bed sheets and bathroom amenities
The wifi connection speed. I'm not sure if it's so bad that one, after all we were in vacation.
Location on the slopes, fab ski boot room. Great breakfast.
Standard room is very small, fire alarms went off twice during our last nights stay, we already had to get up at 5.45am so this meant hardly any sleep at all!
Everything was perfect Room, cleaning, breakfasts ;)
Wifi No good connection
beautiful hotel, great restaurant with marvellous food! it was like being in a 5 star restaurant every night; the breakfast were great too; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the ski room is vast and very clean; the hotel room was perfect with lots of room for luggage and ski wear. You can more or less put the skis on straight from the car park and down to the lifts; location wise is grand too!
there is nothing we didn't like; the only small observation we would make is that the hotel was not really sign-posted from the main road and then again from the heart of the village; a little sign with the hotel name, specially late at night after 9 hrs drive would have been very helpful.
location and food
rooms far too small
Good bed. Clean and well organized spaces even if small. Easy access to slopes. Great breakfast.
Staff had the attitude of a 12 star hotel with 2 star service quality. The restaurant was only so-so but priced as if it were much better. Spa is kind of lame.
Rooms are very very tiny Under qualify staff Too far from the slopes No shuttle
I was in September and the price for the room was less than usually by 30%. Or probably I was there during such days when the price is less. The location is good in general. I would stay there again for that price and if I would have to be somewhere around.
Small nearby place to have dinner which is unfortunately also expensive. I went to SPA and the sauna was only 50°C and I could not make it above 60+ during my time. They charge 10 euros for one hour.
Fantastic decor, cozy. Check in girl was fantastic. Little restaurant next door is great too. Traveling in off season though so I'm sure price would be steep in ski season.
Large room with excellent facilities, beautifully decorated.
Nothing really, a great stay
ROOM FAR TOO SMALL, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A "SUITE"!
interior design, breakfast, very quiet
Low ceilings in a guest suite
Buffet breakfast, buffet evening meal were excellent. Quality of the hotel was excellent. Nice and quiet, and right next to the slopes. Helpful staff.
Bed didn't get changed every 2 days as we were told. Had to keep asking for it to be done (even when food marks were on the sheets). Coffee and shower gel not always replaced - had to keep asking again. No heating in boot room
Location, very well designed rooms, lovely views.
Rooms were too hot and not able to individually alter the temperature. Breakfast served until 11am but ran out of cooked scrambled eggs every day by 9/9.30 and didn't cook anymore!
Certainly will stay again and recommend to others. The Spa is now open (albeit at cost even to residents). The staff were very helpful with very good English. Great proximity to the lifts - actually is ski-in ski-out. A short walk to a variety of really good local restaurants. High quality breakfast buffet. Nespresso machine in each room. Nice hotel bar with open fire and decent house red.
A very stylish new hotel, fresh surfaces in a Nordic style. Well located close to Ski lift. Nice restaurant. Excellent breakfast and a nice dinner buffet.
Very small rooms. SPA is not included in room prices. It is not value for money to pay 10 Eur/ person and day to use the sauna and jacuzzi. A sauna is "plain vanilla" if you like us come from Scandinavia.
The buffet evening meal and included breakfast were very good. The rooms were nicely decorated, although our bathroom was a bit cramped. The hotel is very close to its nearest lift.
The spa wasn't open yet and although we were offered a complimentary massage, everyone in the hotel was offered these so it was difficult to get a booking. We also didn't find the hotel staff very knowledgeable - they had said the only way to get to Turin airport was a €250 taxi, however there is a bus and train. They were very helpful in booking these for us once we'd found out about them though.
The showers in the rooms were big and plentiful hot water. Pleasant Staff who did all they could to help.
The Spa was not finished or open which was not on advertising. Building refitting of rooms ongoing so some noise. Poor wifi.
