Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Chaville, this charming flat of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed, library and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom (shower). - A separate toilet. Outside : - A garden with trees of 150 m² facing west with furniture (table, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the flat. - Access to the flat via a small staircase of 6 steps. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
