## The neighborhood The apartment is located rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The district is very lively with its shops of local and other products, its restaurants or wine bar. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! Around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away. ## Getting around The nearest parking lots are about 400 meters from the apartment.
