perfect location for 2-4 persons! even quiet at festival times and very few minutes by foot to the old town, arena, amphitheatre, ... . food store and bakery very near by as well. stable and fast glasfiber internet access. great! thks a lot.

Welcome at Maisons des Ateliers a charming little house, with a terace is perfectly located front Parc des Ateliers (and its Tower Ghery). There is two bedrooms, air conditioning, a terace and a private parking for one car This typical house -55m², old stones, wood beam, rustic floor... - will be an ideal place for your holidays. Very close to downtown (we can even consider Ateliers' district is now part of the city center since its revival), in a quiet private street with a parking lot - great advantage. You can access to the entire city walking. The house has two bedrooms, each with a large bed of wide and 160cm high quality mattress. In the living room there is also a sofa/bed for 2 people In the house there is 2 air conditioning (at ground floor and first floor) in one bedroom. The house is fully equipped (TV 40 'LED, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, pyrolysis oven, toaster, keetle...) There is also a full west terrace (sun in the evening) with chairs, table and barbecue Weber !
We are very attached to your quality of stay, that is why we provide all linens, sheets, towels, all consumables (soap, shower gel, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent ...), the necessary for the kitchen, the basic products (salt pepper olive oil, coffee, tea ....) You will find a welcome book with all the information about the city and the surrounding area to help you make the most of your stay. And to start your holiday, a good bottle of organic wine "rosé" from a local producer will be waiting for you!
You'll be very close from the old city (250m), shops as bakery, pharmacy or banq and very good restaurants Arles is an architectural gem that has kept a truly charm, its narrow and flowery streets, its squares in the shade of plane trees, its multi-millennial monuments such as arenas or the antic thearter to newer buildings like Musée de l'Arles Antique or the Van Gogh Foundation Museum. It has gradually become a center of international art with notably the Famous Rencontres de la Photographie It is also a city that has kept a bulls tradition, with its Easter Ferias and in September, there reigns an incredible atmosphere throughout the city, with its songs, its orchestras in the street, its bodegas! Do not miss the famous "market" which is held every Wednesday and Saturday morning, you will find a considerable choice of local products of any kind, it is part of the identity of the city! .... finally at the option of your walks in the old town, you will find small shops, art galleries, local artisans, nice bars and restaurants at very reasonable prices!
