We were met at the property by the owner Pierre who took us in and even helped to carry the luggage. The flat is in a very old building in an older part of Chartres. Beautifully appointed with modern touches. He gave us a tour of the flat explaining how everything worked and where everything was located. The flat was quite central with free parking at about 300 metres. The property was very well equipped and incredibly comfortable. Pierre even stocked the flat with milk, bread, jam and other things for our breakfast. He could not have been nicer or friendlier and was very proud, and rightly so, of the property. This is one for the diary to visit again.
