The studio apartment "sur Pinède" is located in Argelès-sur-Mer and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing family getaway. The 18 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 adults. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a shared washing machine. Additionally, children's books and games can be borrowed and an all-terrain stroller, as well as an array of baby-carrying equipment (sling, mei-tai, slings, and physiological baby carriers), can be rented. There is a shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, which is open from 10 am to 10 pm from the 15th of June to September, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a grill. A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Additionally, guests are required to be respectful of the property and its neighbours. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs, highchairs.
