The location was a bit hard to find but can be down to the sat nav. Excellent value for money and was really surprised with the extent of kitchen facilities - 4 separate lounges was pretty impressive!
Better directions for beach and other attractions within the vicinity. Also wifi code wasn't given within the pack but was written on a post-it in the kitchen notice board so could be easily missed
The easy going nature and friendliness of the staff.
Probable needs a little bit of updating but a very funky place.
Kitchen, bedroom, bar, all good, great location aswell, lovely bay down the road.
Nothing, all good.
Spotlessly clean Excellent meal in nearby bar
did find a solution to my problem of not getting up the outside steps.

The location (amazing), facilities, lovely room, spacious can lots of space for the children to run around outside. They loved the swings in the trees. The food in the bar was yum yum!! We are campers so will most certainly come back and camp on site next year. Loved it and thanks so much.
There was nothing we disliked.

Price and location
We needed a good value place to stay a night before travelling to Ireland. This place worked really well for us, clean, ensuite twin bedroom and great breakfast. A very positive experience.
Excellent food, very friendly staff (felt at home, like in a family), very nice restaurant (great vegetarian meals!!), gave great advice what to do in the area, one of my best stays in Anglesey in a beautiful area!!
Pretty much everything.
we needed as a base and this provided a great place to stay. Kitchen facilities were brilliant and clean. Room was comfortable and warm. Could not fault for our holiday plans.
There was nothing not to like ....
it was ok for a nights stay, clean bedding and very good breakfast.
there was'nt anywhere to sit down in the bedroom only on the bed.
very friendly staff great location bar/restaurant on site. great for car ferry basic but clean accommodation family friendly plenty parking and camping areas.
I recently stayed overnight in the main centre. I was travelling with 4 children (aged 3 - 12), and we stayed in a room with 2 sets of bunks and a single bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the atmosphere throughout the whole site is very relaxed. The people working there were lovely, and were so very helpful when I found myself with a smashed back windscreen and therefore no way of transporting 4 children to the nearby port. They made lots of phone calls for me, and ended up driving the 4 children to the port with me in tow in the car. They couldn't have been more helpful or nicer, and I would definitely recommend staying here if travelling in this part of the country. Lovely spot.
We have a very nice stay, staff very friendly and helpful
The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet
It really needed a good cleaning and some of the common rooms have a bad odor
I was looking for somewhere to get my head down before going on to Holyhead, and this fitted perfectly. Great location for the port and excellent prices. Own bar on site was good , Irene did a great job taking orders for food then bringing it out as well as serving behind the bar. She also arranged for a continental breakfast for us but my wife was looking for it in the wrong room. Still never mind it was a nice gesture from Anglesey Outdoors, and I would certainly stay here again.
Pleasant comfortable rooms - well equipped kitchen - plenty of communal space.
Nice secluded location in rural Anglesey. Simplely furnished, clean and confortable about 30 minutes walk from Holyhead town Centre along very qiiet road with pavement. Ideal for a night to/from ferries to/from Ireland.
Internet very poor. Use McDonalds internet about 20min walk away.
We stayed the night before our Ferry to Dublin. My kids loved the cabin feel that other hotels couldn't provide. Game room was a nice touch. Weather was poor so walking around the area was not possible. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again before a Ferry Ride with car.
