We apparently got the room at a very good rate, and found the whole stay comfortable and with very pleasant staff, who were always available and helpful. However; we stayed 5 nights in room 404, and my friend choose the bed next to the wall, and I was in the bed next to the window. My friend got more and more bites, from what we first thought was mosquito bites, but they got worse and numerous every morning, and as she returned home she want to her GP and he said it was a serious case of bedbugs: - she is now on antibiotics as the bites got inflamed, and is in recovering. Could you please, please see to a complete bug-treatment of room 404. We would in fact love to stay at your hotel again but would actually not, at this point in time, recommend it, due to this fairly disgusting experience. |

It's a nice hotel and very handy that it is close to 3 underground stations with 3 different underground. it's being renovated at the moment and the 'new' rooms are lovely. Will use this hotel a lot in years to come. On my last stay when I had a shower in the evening there was no hot water. |

Excellent location, great breakfast, quiet neighbourhood. The room was far too hot at night and opening the window did nothing to improve the situation |

The staff were friendly, there were apples on the front desk we could have and I met people from Sviss I enjoyed talking to. The terrasse in front of the hotel was very nice. Maybe the breakfastroom. It was a cellar room and in a way not cosy. But then I took my petit breakfast in the terrasse. It was much nicer. |

The staff is incredibly helpful and positive. The receptionist helped us book at taxi to Stansted, looked up train and bus times and gave us advise on where to purchase musicals tickets. Breakfast was lovely (continental is toast, rolls, croassaints, butter, ham, cheese, jam, coffee, tea, milk, juices and cereal, they also have a full english breakfast). The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet and charming street. Only four-five minutes to walk to Queensway or Bayswater underground station, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had a wonderful stay, good value for money - and perfect when you'd rather spend money on shopping and experiences than use it all on accomodation. Occasionally we heard people walking in the hallway outside our room (the door/walls to the hallway are a bit thin), but we got all the sleep we needed. The bathroom was a bit small, but then again, all you really do there is shower, there was a sink and mirrors etc. in the bedroom, so it worked out fine. |

The layout of the room and the number of free tv channels our minibar wasnt filled, the a/c didnt work and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were clearly made from powdered egg or something similar, also the coffee at breakfast was very bitter. In adittion our bed was just two singles pushed together, not an actual double bed..which wasnt very comfortable and surprising seeing as it was a club room. |

Staff, they were nice and kind Except for staff it was not a hotel it was a noisy hell.I do not recommend it at all.The lift was terrible.Check in was horrendous as it was a busy hotel. You could stay there for ages to take the lift as just one lift for lots of people.Rooms were not sound proof at all and I could hear even the snoring of my neighbour and the noise of the lift. |

The lobby was nice, one could relax there and have a casual drink. Breakfast was also good. The rooms had a sink in the room since there was no space for it in the actual bathroom. This was ok for a short city.holiday, though |

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the common areas (reception, breakfast room,..) are very good. The location is also very convenient, in central London. Wireless internet connection is available in the rooms. The shower was completely damaged and not working properly (it was a nightmare to have a simple shower in the morning!). Very old and tiny room, needing urgent renewal. The price paid was too high for the poor room I got! |

first room was very small and the TV was broken. They moved me to a second room which was a single room with a double bed in place of the single with only the headboard for the single which caused a gap at the top of the bed Bathroom was so small the sink was in the bedroom. TV on stand that you had to lean over to one side to walk past. Apparently they do have refurbished rooms which I am told are mucg better |

Location is good, the facilities are too poor, I could not open the tap even though I had used all my strength. Tap for hot water and cold water is very bad. |

I stayed in single bed room in the ground floor; it had very poor facilities, old TV without remote control, the water was either too hot or cold (regulator wasn’t working), but it was clean and very close to city center, and the staff was friendly. The hotel is been renovated so the upper rooms should be in much better condition. |
