Conveniently situated for city hotel and a nice clean and airy reception. A small criticism. Weather conditions were hot and means of cooling the room was not adequate. |

Close to downtown London and from my search it was about the cheapest in the area. 1. Sink is located in the room and not in the bathroom. 2. Breakfast was poor. 3. Hotel under construction. 3. Very hot inside. |

The only good thing about this hotel is its central location. The lift was a safety hazard,no air conditioning in the room, windows did not fully open, scaffolding outside the hotel, very noisy both morning and night, sink in the bedroom, the staff were not very helpfull. |

The location suited our needs and the general area was pleasant. Good selection of things for Continental Breakfast. I had booked two rooms, one for my terminally ill son and one for myself and my husband. We arrived just after 2pm and were not able to gain access to either of the two rooms until 3.15pm and then only after repeatedly saying that my son needed to lie down after our journey. The staff had an attitude of couldn't care less!! We were not even offered complimentary drinks while we waited. The lifts in the hotel were not working so we had to climb the stairs. Luckily, the rooms were on the first floor. The double room was small, very hot and airless. We were unable to open the window because of building works outside. We gave our son the twin room which was more spacious and slightly cooler. However, outside of his window there was scaffolding and a lift which was noisy and intrusive especially as it started going at 6a.m!! With the noisy fans and the building works, it was a most uncomfortable night. The check out time was stated as 11.00am, but the room cleaners were in our room before 10.30am before we had checked out properly - so why the late check-in? We felt the hotel was not well run and we would not stay there again!! |

The location was ideal for our stay & very cost effective in comparison to other hotels in the area. We had to wait a while to check in. The hotel & the room was very hot. The bathroom was sufficient but very old. |

they was no mention that this hotel was under renovation when booked which meant we was unable to un do the window in the very tiny bedroom making it very hot. on arrival reception seemed very nice but the bedrooms let it down was so small beds where on there last legs wobbled all over the place this was not worth 105 pound a night 60 pound max size of room, beds where wobbly, unable to undo bedroom windows |

Room was a little bigger than normal London singles. No hot water in the morning. Ground floor room with poor window latches made me afraid the room would be broken into. |

The location was good. It was easy to get to on the public transport. The staff did try to answer my questions. The breakfast was good. The bathroom was too small. There was no air conditioning and I would like to have a refridgertor in the room. The staff did not really know a lot about the area. The elevator needs to be updated. |

Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was easy to find. Good location - close to Hyde Park where gig we were going to was situated and resonabley priced. Good breakfast also. Whilst this isn't a complaint, there was a lot of construction/building noise during our stay. It didn't bother us too much, but it might be an idea to advise cutomers on booking that ongoing refurbishment work is in progress. A minor point, our double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together creating an uncomfortable join down the middle! |
