Breakfast Room too small and badly furnished.Bathroom small. In need of renovation. Size okay for single room perhaps. Uncompleted building works/room addition outside the window restricted light and no notice of this was given or at any time explained. So called guarantee fee demanded when checking in. New to me at least. |

Staff tried their best to offer best compensation for the "not so fair" facilities. For example, noises from the heater and bedding problem. The bed matrix was too old and an obvious concavity was formed. The need to upgrade their facilities. For example, heating for the boiler ( water temperature was just barely enough) and double glazed window was not available for every room. |

Otel temizdi, çalışanlar yardımcı oluyorlardı. Fakat tadilat yuzunden bir sabah sular kesikti. Oteli zaten yenilemeye başlamışlar, çok daha guzel olacağını düşünüyorum. |

Good breakfast, easy walk from Bayswater underground, helpful staff, near variety of places to eat and shop. I felt that we got a good deal for what we spent. Just beware that hotel is under major renovation. Our rooms were in the section of the hotel yet to be remodeled so they were very old and the heat was unbearable even in January. Slept with the window open the entire stay. Gave up on getting anyone to look at fixing it after several attempts. |

The hotel room was very clean, but some of the staff were very rude at times. the fact that they took a pre-authorisation on my card before i had even got there and this caused me alot of problems during my stay. |

I booked a single room for just one night. It was very small and some of the furniture and decor looked well used, but it was well equipped with a small desk, tv, kettle, hairdryer and a safe in the wardrobe and a shower that worked well, so overall I thought was good value and was all I needed on this occasion. The main entrance and reception area was much larger and more impressive than I expected for the price I was paying, with quite a large bar and what looked like a pretty decent restaurant with a good international menu. There was also a buffet style full English breakfast available at only £5 which again I thought very good value. I stayed on a Thursday night in January, but it still seemed very busy, mainly tourists. |

Staff lack the knowledge about the services provided. Not so friendly. I have to carry all my bags up and down alone. The lift sometimes not woking. The electronic keys sometimes not working you have to go down and charge it. The WiFi not working so well especially at night, I had to go down with my Labtop for help. Breakfast chioces are limited otherwise you have to pay!!!! |

Good location. Full English breakfast is good. The lift was very slow (only one lift) and the day I had to check out it wasn't working. Going down 3 flights of stairs with a suitcase isn't great. |

I have marked the staff as 'poor' however they were excellent except on the last day when to our surprise the Reception/Bar staff were snappy, unhelpful and quite intimidating for some reason - we liked all the others and everything else. |

The second room was pleasant. The location is fair for central London but it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest tube station The original room I was given was tiny. The contiental breakfast included stale croissants although most other components seemed okay. |

The added fee for the english breakfast is totally worth it. The breakfast had pretty good quality. The hotel is located close to two underground stations, and just a minute walk to Bayswater road outside Hyde park. Always easy to find a cab there. Staff was not very service minded. Rooms were very small and some of them were dirty and smelled bad. Basically; If you do not get a club room, the executive is "ok", but not worth the price. Standard rooms are low quality with outdated bathrooms. A friend of mine got a club room when he booked executive and they are nice. I got a small executive, and it was "ok", the second booking, we all booked standard rooms. Big misstake. Mould in the bathroom, window with brick wall outisde, room without any floor space, just a bed and the small hallway, toilets not working, showers where you could not set the temerature (it was pulsating up and down) - too hot or to cold. Four rooms with problems - Unsatisfied. Changed hotel after first night. |

We did enjoy that the location was just 3 minutes from Hyde Park. The entrance hall was quite impressive, and staff was quite helpful. We asked for changing our rooms, because the sheets were dirty, we were in the basement, where every 5 minutes passed underground and the room was shaking, we didnt have closet door, and at 7 o clock in the morning, workers started for reconstructing the hotel. After changing our rooms, it was little bit better, but still for the price not so well. The hotel had three stars, but it looked like they gave us rooms for maids. In the UK, they should definately be more careful at giving 3 stars to hotel that doesnt deserve it. |

Efficient, friendly staff. Excellent room with facilities. Good standard of breakfast (English). Convient location for public transport links around the city. The area was quiet and the hotel afforded a good standard of privacy. The room door entry system failed to work on two separate occasions, requiring a return to reception from the sixth floor. Found the central heating/temperature in the hotel uncomfortable at times, especially in the restaurant at breakfast times. |

St Giles Hotel is in London's West End, 50 metres from the Tube and Oxford Street shops. Its leisure club has a swimming pool and gym. The hotel has Italian, Japanese and Asian restaurants. |
This great-value, modern hotel is excellently located in London, within a 5-minute walk of Victoria coach, Tube and train stations. |
In stylish Kensington, Park International Hotel offers good value accommodation and Victorian town house architecture. Gloucester Road Tube Station is a brief walk away. |
The refurbished and tasteful Hotel 43 is a few minutes walk from Queensway, Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Paddington Station, with the Heathrow Express just round the corner. |
