Perfect for anyone wanting to explore Dartmoor, our annexe has its own entrance so you can come and go at your leisure. It is a 5 min walk (up hill) from open moorland and a whole world of beauty. Please note it is room only, no kitchen. The room has oak floors, beautiful bed linens, tea and coffee making facilities and an ensuite shower room. Cosy underfloor heating makes it the perfect little retreat on a winters evening and its own garden creates a lovey space to relax on warmer days.
The annexe is completely self contained with its own small gravel garden. There is no access to a kitchen, but Ullacombe Farm is a 2 minute drive away and serves the best breakfasts for miles. Evening meals can be booked at either The Carpenters Arms in Ilsington village (0.8 miles - hilly), The Rock Inn in Haytor Vale (0.7 miles - hilly) or the Tin Pickle and Rhum which is part of The Moorland Hotel at Haytor (0.8 miles - hilly on the way there, downhill all the way home!).
