Free underground parking and excellent hotel location - in city center
Bad overall illumination in a room, dull lamps and desk lamp shorted whole room electricity that was necessary to call electrician to fix that
Friendly helpful staff. Bar food was nice
Room was small. Bed was short. Window would not close properly.
Size of room
Inter connecting door allows for alot of noise to travel through. Signing a contract not to drink in room if it was not purchased at hotel. Not ideal if your out shopping and purchase a good bottle of wine and want to chill later getting ready to go out.
I loved the location - very close, walkable to major sites. The hotel is located very close to the bus terminal, and there is a free bus ride from the train station to that terminal. As a solo business traveler, I opted for the room rate that included breakfast - this was excellent!
I cannot think of anything I didn't like! The staff were amazing, the room was wonderful.
Staff very good, breakfast good
Even though decorated recently still quite old, bathrooms not updated. Seeming pool area could do with a deep clean
Excellent hotel, exceptionally clean, laid-back, super-friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely return again.
Value for money and good entertainment in bar aread on Sat evening, staff very friendly and accomodating
The fact that we were placed in a room specifically designed for disabled guests and therfore could not fit under shower head in bath and wash hand basin very low. Also small double bed in room 429 which joined onto room next door and we had very loud neighbours which you could hear very clearly.
Comfort of room. View. Happy staff
fitness center view on Foyle river and Peace Bridge near to the center
Our stay was lovely and relaxed. We were there for two nights bed and breakfast in a superior double for £177, which was excellent value for money. The hotel was very comfy, buffet breakfast was great, and dinner in the hotel excellent. On top of that, the location is very central and our room had a lovely river view. Would definately stay here again.
There were no negatives at all! Very nice hotel!
all of it
the bedroom window was broken, and couldn't get it closed, also just to be picky lol I had to park in the pay and display across the street
Right in the centre to walk around no car needed. Pool and gym facilities brilliant for to keep the kids entertained. Food was gorgeous and sunday carvery a must first class. I will definitely be back again.
Pool could've been a bit warmer. Check in a litte late
I could not fault the place, but the staff and their positive friendly and helpful attitude to a one is a great accolade to the hotel.
Good breakfast with great views.
Had to wear coat at dinner it was so cold and the waiting time from 1 course to the next was far to long.
Accomdation food and city all great
was very happy with the room it was tidy, clean, and warm. The staff were very pleasant and helpful
thought the price for breakfast was a bit dear
Nothing had great time and stay
The waitress that looked after us in the bar whilst eating on the Sunday night was so lovely. It was packed & she never stopped but her service was 5* My partner even generously tipped her which is something as he never does this. The hotel was comfortable & spotless clean. The food was ok in the bar I had lasagne, my partner fish & chips, child had kids burger & chips. the breakfast had a great choice from hot food, to cereal & pastry & plenty of staff to help you if needed.
We checked in at 3.30pm the receptionist ask us to take a seat while she found out if our room was ready, I had to go back up at 4.25pm to remind her as she'd forgot snout us then as my partner awsy to buy swimming gear I had to hawk up 3 large overnight bags by myself, the receptionist seen me struggling but never offered to call the concierge We where in room 306 right above the gym, the thumping of the music was annoying & beside the stairs I was woke at 12.30am, 1am & 1.20am by people using them & being very noisy. I would stay in the City hotel if returning to Londonderry.
Excellent accommodation, location and professional, friendly staff.
Value for money. Location. Swimming pool. Breakfast. Staff. All excellent. Second time staying here and will recommend and stay again.
