Hi i'm Rebecca I have been in the holiday letting industry for over 20 years! I used to have my own holiday letting agency in Southwold, which I sold in 2019. Since then I have created 3 lets of my own ! The Treasure Chest, The Shiny Pebble & my latest and most wonderful creation Covehithe House. My main focus is to ensure that my houses are presented beautifully, and that's why I do all the cleaning myself! and strive to keep standards highest. Peaceful rural location, but easy walking to shops, café, deli, take way and pubs. Due to rural location there is CCTV and ring doorbell outside only , cameras are not aimed directly at the spa. On the day of vacation the spa service people will arrive at 9am to start the drain off of the spa water, they will not enter the house nor disturb guests. Its easier with a car here, as it is a drive to most towns. However it is only a walk or bike ride to the beach and country paths and the nature reserves of Covehithe and Benacre, which is great for bird watching and beach combing and wild swimming. Do ask about bike hire at time of booking.
