It has its own front door with a gravelled patio area at the front with bistro table and chairs. High speed wired internet above the desk area and wireless connection. SMART Flatscreen HD TV with freeview and catch up TV apps. Tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge only. These are the only kitchen facilities available. A lovely welcome basket providing you with a few essentials such as milk, homemade bread, butter etc. Towels and bed linen provided. Small pets also considered. We are set in a peaceful location on a no through lane in the heart of the village, 1 minute walk from the Red Lion pub and about 7 minutes from the Blueberry pub and petrol station/shop.

Although the annexe is separate from the main house, we are only a few steps away if required! We are happy to provide advice on local activities and eating out etc. If we can help we will!

Blewbury is a picturesque downland village set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has two thriving pubs, both serving food, a garden centre with farm shop, and a cafe, along with a petrol station and Post Office, tennis courts and many scenic walking routes, not least our proximity to the Ridgeway! The Harwell Campus is about 4 miles away and the new slip road (Chilton Interchange) provides much faster links to the A34 as it is only 3 miles away. Milton Park is 6.5 miles. Our nearest town is Didcot which is under 10 minutes drive and has Sainsburys, Tesco and Aldi as well as the The Orchard Centre with a selection of shops, Cineworld cinema and Cornerstone Theatre. The picturesque market towns of Wallingford and Wantage are both only 15 minutes drive away. Oxford and Reading are 14 miles away
