We needed reasonably priced overnight accommodation to meet an early morning appointment the following day. The location was good for us and the accommodation was adequate. The room was far too hot and on a noisy road. |

The free ice was a nice touch There was no space in the dining room to sit for breakfast we had to sit in the bar with trays on our laps which was rather uncomfortable |

After reading some of the other posts i was a bit dubious, but for me it was an excellent place to stay. Waterloo 10 mins away and so was lambeth and westminster bridge. Room was spotless, shower was also very good once you got the settings right, breakfast was good with nice choice and as much as you wanted, all in all i had a excellent stay Lots of people complained about the noise of sirens and to some point i could see there point of view but slept like a log and did not really bother me. |

Convinient distance to a sentral railway station and tube station, and the price for staying one night was ok. the double bed was too narrow |

The bed was comfortable. Shower wasn't hot enough; television switched from UK to international channels; air vent in bathroom was dirty; ceiling in bathroom had flaky paint |

Comfortable bed and bedding, good shower, fluffy towels, neutral decoration, unintrusive services, good location to Waterloo station The corridor can do with a face lift, the digital television did not work properly |

within easy reach of many london sights mistake with check in details leading to an embarrassing experience when my card was declined. the staff were not understanding or apologetic and the fault was with them. |

The location.... The fact that I forgot a few things and no one would bring the complimentry bits up for me, I was suppose to go down to reception. |

i forgot my battery charger and money in the hotel. the staff was able to find them and give them to me the next day. additionally, my room was really clean every day. it was cold, so i left the radiator open before leaving the room every morning. and it was closed when i turned back. i was really cold... |

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the attitudes of reception staff. I had dealings with three different staff members during my stay & not one of them greeted me with a smile or a 'hello'. A minor complaint perhaps, but one that could easily be fixed. |

Location was good. Bathroom in hotel was clean and tidy. Good supply about of hot water. Easy to find room. helpful staff. was a little too long to check in, ok had a trainee attending to me, but would be been better if she had support. There was one problem i found that let you down. When i removed the sheets, i found the mattress protectors were very tatty and the mattress was heavily stained and looked old. Pillows were tatty too. Under the bed had some places that had not seen a hoover. Dust on the top shelf. |

Reception staff good and cheerful--room clean--bed comfortable--breakfast good--handy for tube and bus. I suppose your charges are average, however we found them expensive, it would be good to hear of any special offers. |

They were flexible on check in and check out times. I asked for a room on floor 3 or above but when checked in only was able to get a room on floor 1. |
