clean closed to tube and tourist attractions You can walk to London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey from the hotel. (By bus only 2 stations in 5min)

I like the room and bathroom. The facilities and the breakfast room, the place outside th hotel.

I must explicitly ask to the desk to call a taxi for me.

Free24/7 wifi in rooms, on site restaurant and bar, great location not too noisy and 10 mins away from London Eye. Great amenities , complimentary tea coffee. All in all wil be staying here again

Feeling like you have to rush to get out for room cleaning in the morning. Got knock in door despite ' don't disturb' sign as I was sick

Good Location.

When we arrived the system was down so we could not check in, we went and waited at the bar for a while but instead of coming to let us know it was back up and running again they just left us until we asked.

Well situated for the London sights and parking

nothing --- apart from no hot water for shower in the morning, however staff aware of problem

Fire alarm at 6.45 on Sunday morning. No direction, no leadership, no explanation and no apology for false alarm.

Not really a 'dislike' - just an observation. The set up for breakfast was difficult to work around eg. Toaster in corner of room, it was necessary to stand very close to some other guests eating their breakfast whilst waiting in line to use the toaster.

Nice Staff, Good Size room for London Standards, good breakfast, great location close to Westminster and tube and bus stops at your door.

Free coffee and tea in the room. Very well located, close to bus stops and subway station. Walking distance to Big Ben and London Eye. Feels secure to walk in the neighborhood during the night. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel. Check in was at 3 pm and we got there at 1 pm and let us check in.

Bedroom and shower too small.

Free wi-fi throughout...why other hotels don't have this facility in this day and age I have no idea. Very reasonable bar prices...even an happy hour £2.50 a pn Stella.

It can be noisy outside but what do you expect this is London it would be like no police sirens in New York!!!

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient

The food was a little disappointing. I had the lamb chops with wedges, the wedges could have been better if made from fresh potatoes and not frozen from a packet. The sausages at breakfast were cheap and nasty. The room did not have a bath which would have been welcome after a long cold journey.

Close to underground station

Its close to the road, very annoying during the night~ and the staff called me on 2 o'clock in the morning asking the payment, this really made me pissed off. Don;t stay there, its' pretty scared in waterloo.

Very friendly staff - waiter in particular - name began with J. Good room - very nice bathroom. Ate in restaurant - good meal and nice Breakfast .

Nothing!

Cleanliness. No pushiness left to do your own thing. Quite convenient for ciy centre. Staff very pleasant.

Noise of traffic though not much you can do about that!! Breakfast room can be very crowded though staff very polite.

I asked for a room not facing main road and also high up. I ended up getting a ground floor room that faced onto the busy road outside. Even with ear plugs, this rates in one of my worst nights sleep
