Spacious and well equipped room Friendly staff.
I liked how cosy and how very clean the bathroom and bedroom was, carpet was also spotless, felt like a home from home.
The food in the restaurant at the hotel was very over priced for what was served. The tuna steak came out practically raw, the potatoe wedges were slightly bring and the puddings were dry. Although staff were lovely and tried to over compensate, my family and I were not satisfied with the quality of the food served and so we was very unhappy at the price!!
Room was situated at a lobby door and was annoying especially as the guests on our right and across the hallway were in and out of their rooms and using the hallway door through most of the night. Not a good experience. Breakfast was cold as well
Helpful & efficient staff Simple dining menu but impressive with the quality & service Plenty of parking
Excellent check-in, made to feel welcome from the outset. Dinner & breakfast excellent.
No draught Guinness, only cans offered. Difficult to find with satnav, i was taken down a no entry road which was for access for property owners only.
Great new looking hotel. Friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast included. Beds are a little hard. We stayed in January when the park was closed but would love to return in the summer.
the rooms were awesome .the breakfast was great .everything was great
great value for money Great people Comfy bed no noise
rooms, meals and staff were very good.
Not having a gym was a disadvantage and also the the check out time of 1000 is too early. Expected to have free wifi and this was a disappointment.
Function Room Food Disco with Video!! Live Band Bed Comfort
Lift Bar Staff who need training for an orange juice!
Restaurant staff at hotel itself were excellent breakfast and dinner when we said it was cold the manager turned up the heating when there were few of us there
room heating not working properly 3 attempts to reset failed, main issue was the grill which was out of hotel but on site food was poor and staff with hardly anyone in did not listen
we ate in the hotel and were dissapointed with the quality of the food, the fire alarm went off just as we were finishing so didnt even get the chance to digest !!.as we had to exit the hotel,
Friendly staff, clean spacious room, good selection for breakfast. Fab location if going in to Drayton Manor theme park. Child friendly hotel, staff willing to bring you anything you need-extra cup and teabags! We would certainly use this hotel again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
This was our second time visiting the hotel and we did find the entertainment in the evening last year was wonderful but not so much this year. It wasn't an enormous problem as our little girl is young and in bed early but it didn't seem to compare to the same time last year.
Great entertainment for kids
Buffet wasn't amazing thought there would have been fireworks at midnight but saying that there was fireworks at 5pm which pleased the kids
We used the hotel whilst visiting family for the new year. The hotel was very quiet and we got lots of attention which was appreciated. We were offered an upgrade and ended up in the presidential suite - it was amazing. Lots of room, a massive super-king size bed and a bathroom that could house a small family.
No complaints at all...
Hotel was clean and quiet ! Just after new year , food was lovely and service was impeccable :)
Bedroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned as rubbish still around and under bed .
entertainment was ok food reasonable . Good attentive waiters.
being seated opposite end to disco there was a feeling of being in two halfs, the disco was not put on lower half of the rooms speakers until the midnight count down.Entertainment last year had fireworks at midnight but not this year, also the thomas land was open on new years day. i do understand cost cutting, but it would have been a nice round off to the day. The towel rails in both rooms were very dusty, but the rest was spotless. We were left wondering what was happening for a while when entering parkllands restaurant as no one said anything when entering but continued filling up glasses, the brochure said six prompt for drink and canapes , we were there, but were not told till later this was postponed until later and the meal would be served at 7.30 not 7.00pm . bad comunication on part of junior staff.
Very child friendly loved children in their pjs running around
Nothing you have got it right
Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive Clean Functional Secure Free wi-fi for unlimited devices Extremely child friendly Shops, restaurants and leisure activities nearby Broad range of food for breakfast, including nutella packets, coco pops and frosties Interconnecting rooms suitable for families Affordable Very near the theme park and the snowdome Family run Good outdoor play facilities Lots of grounds to run about in Staff will accommodate specific requests for rooms where possible Easy to drive to
No gym No pool No spa Overpriced poor quality restaurant food at dinner Restaurant refused to take customers, citing a half hour wait - even though it was half empty Rooms not cleaned even though a service request was made at 10am, had to request cleaning at 3pm, then wait outside the room for it to be done, even though we'd left the room empty and ready for service all day Geared towards toddlers and parents, so not much fun for anyone over 5 years old, especially if you want to relax or be pampered Complimentary toiletries have to be asked for Calls to the hotel remained unanswered for up to 7 minutes on numerous occasions, both whilst we were staying at the hotel and prior to booking, sometimes the calls were not answered at all and we had to go to reception to speak to someone The children's entertainment was not very entertaining and was provided by someone who did not seem to have any training or experience in engaging with children Not enough parking spaces
Child centred hotel, handy for motorway, easy walk to Thomas Land next door. Hotel seemed to expect half the guests to be under 10 and catered very well for them. Family room easily big enough for the four of us
Check out too early. Disable rooms to far from the lifts
Very Clean Friendly Staff Excellent location
Restaurant not very efficient
Cleanliness and comfort
everything, fantastic value for money, Very Clean, Restaurant spotless, Staff very helpful and child friendly, Food delicious, Looking forward to our next stay.
