This hotel was excellent, the staff are lovely, the food was lovely, the room was lovely and clean and comfortable would highly recommend hotel right near the Drayton mannor theme park.

The food was little pricey in the restaurant on the evening and not a massive choice.but the breakfast on morning was fanstatic loads off choice.

We stayed at Drayton Manor so we could take our 3yr old son to Thomas land. The whole experience was great no better place to take your children on a family getaway

Childrens needs were met which made our lives easier. Buffet meals for children are a good idea as it provides flexibility and choice around food which is needed for children.

    Nothing!

Our two boys (4 and 1) were beyond excited on entering the hotel as there were Thomas characters everywhere. (Almost didn't need to go to Thomas land!)

The Thomas shop in the foyer was a bit cynical: how to get parents to part with lots of money before check-in, in one easy step...

as this holiday is aimed towards children could have done with a little step to reach wash hand basin instead of having to lift the children all the time. The sofa bed was not comfortable hard and raised up in the middle. Found toy from previous occupant on the floor and under the beds were pretty grotty, bathroom was not very clean either.

Location. Ease of access from M6. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Good quality food which represented excellent value. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A very relaxing atmosphere.

The east facing section of the "breakfast area". When the Sun was very strong, as it was when we visited, that area became uncomfortably hot. A blind on those windows would solve the problem.

My son has multiple allergies and this was the first time we've stayed at a hotel since he was born. The restaurant were so accomadating, they ordered food in especially for him and cooked everything separately, they even changed the oil the day before so he could have some chips. They made sure that everything was ok and helped me feel relaxed and nothing was too much.. Will definately be visiting again. My 10 year old loved the place too, the pictures don't do the outside play area justice, its fab!!!

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable bed in the world but was ok for one night.

The hotel was child friendly and we loved the fact that it was so close to the Park. Kids thought they're sleeping in Thomas Land :)

The rooms were lovely and spacious, great TV and bathroom. Lovely to be able to shut the adjoining door where my daughter and friend were staying. Lovely breakfast and most staff were very pleasant.

Even though I knew we could not book in until 3pm, because we were attending a wedding at 1.30pm I had asked if there was anywhere to store items but had no response. We had to walk over after the family meal to book in which was a bit of a pain.
