The property is on the second floor within a stair of three apartments. There is a secure entry system to the stairway. The apartment has been fitted out with brand new carpets throughout. The sunny sitting room has a 55" smart TV, with Netflix etc and high speed wifi is available. The view from the sitting room is amazing looking over the lammermuir hills and to the right Gullane Golf Course. You can even sit at the window and watch the locals play tennis, which might tempt you to go round for a game too. We have a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and tea, coffee, mik, butter, bread, biscuits, cereals, cooking oil and other extras are there for your use. There are two bedrooms one with a kingsize bed and the other with extra wide twin beds. The beds will be made for your arrival. The bathroom has a bath & over bath shower. Towels and toiletries are included along with a shaving point and hairdryer. Parking is available directly opposite on the street with no restrictions or around the back in our dedicated parking space. If you require transport from the airport or around the area we can connect you with a local company who will look after you. If required we can arrange a mid stay cleaning service at an additional cost.

Brought up in the hospitality industry and moved to Gullane twenty years ago. As the apartment is so close by to the Maple Cottage we have tried to create a lovely space for guests to spend their time in Gullane if they would prefer to be self contained but with the knowledge that we are within the vicinity should you require any assistance.

The picturesque village of Gullane, famous for its Golf Courses and part of Scotland's Golf Coast is situated just 30 minutes from Edinburgh on the coast of the Firth of Forth. The award winning beach and John Muir Way creates beautiful areas to walk and whole area is dog friendly. The closest town is North Berwick approximately 10 minutes drive away. The village has local shops, excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs to cater for the visitors. Directly outside the apartment you can catch a bus to Edinburgh or North Berwick. A short drive to Drem Railway Station you can catch a train and be in Princes Street, Edinburgh within 30 minutes with no worries about parking or driving in the city.
