We had room service, hot sandwich, and chunky chips. Really nice, hot and very tasty.

Over priced very different to city hiltons would not have our custom in the future room was built like an office !

Excellent location close to airport terminal (walking distance).

Quick check in, breakfast available at 0430 hours in the morning ( had an early morning flight),

Waiting time at the airport building for the hotel minibus was more than 15 minutes.

Great location at Manchester airport with shuttle service direct to the terminal door. Good hotel bar.

Lack of pub or eating options outside of hotel. Tricky to return rental car and return to hotel.

Hilton breakfast as always. Good selection better than most. Staff didn't mind grabbing me cereal at 1am. 30p it probably cost them but it made me pop the review on.

No real concerns for the price. Did have small noise issue at 2am from litte ***** next door but reception dealt with this quickly. I'm pretty picky but this served its purpose.

Everything was outstanding value for money paid.

The bed was comfortable, the reception and bar staff were polite. The bathroom was clean. The lift to the airport was excellent.

There was a bad case of mould growing on the inside of the window, all the surfaces in the room were very dusty, I don't think it had been used for a while. There was black marks/stains on the duvet cover. The room service was diabolical; we rang for a pizza at 8.15 pm, we were told it would be 30 mins, at 9.15pm nothing, we rang again...again we were told 30 mins. We had to ring again!!! This time the Manager picked up the phone, his apologised. We finally got the food at 10.20 pm, free of charge. Forget about the room service.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed. Long queue for shuttle bus to airport. Ended up walking.

Charging £15 for WiFi these days is just plain ridiculous. Another £15 for parking and it just gets much more expensive than it shouls

Disabled facilities poor - the room didn't have a walk-in shower and you had to step into the bath. The room looked weary. The bed was too low for disabled travellers with limited knee bend. I certainly prefer the disabled facilities in a Travelodge!
