Very pleasant luxury stay. The service in the restaurant was lousy. There was just no one there.The young waitress was eastern european and could not understand a word we said. There was an unauthorised cc transaction appeared on my account and No one will reply tp my query. My cc is dealing with it now |

Easy access from airport, 1 minute away from airport Terminal I have stayed at many Hiltons, this one was not the best, however, it was still ok. |

The staff were extremely pleasant and courteous especially reception and the chaps who transported you to the airport. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts - the staff there being very attentive and the food excellent. No ice machines but not a major problem as bar staff very accommodating. |

The staff that drive shuttle buses are the most unhelpful I have come across..we are an older couple and had to lift the luggage into the bus ourselves..maybe a hotel rule but not a good one if it is..and we waited for half an hour almost for a shuttle back to airport at 6 in the morning,,,having given ourselves enough time to check in we just made the deadline.. |

Very well organised, good discounted price, breakfast included. In perimeter of Man airport and got a lift to departures on request. Excellent breakfast Simple - INTERNET. to be charged £15 for minium (daily rate) is scandalous in this day and age. The hotel probably pays a few hundred pounds for internet, and then they pass on charges at 1000000% profit to customers. I 'm probably not alone in disliking being taken advantage of in this way... Hilton - even budget hotels offer free interent, why dont you? |
