Good restaurant. Needs renovation - feels outdated. Should have wireless internet in the whole hotel. A bigger fitness room would be nice, and open from 6 a.m. As a business traveller, I look at: Location, wireless, fitness room, healthy breakfast. Then I'm happy - and I'll keep coming. |

easy to reach from airport by hotel shuttles, nice hotel. concierge desk was excellent, they have done everything they could to help. breakfast was not very good. |

Enjoyed the breakfast, easy to travel to city centre via train, staff helpful and drive you to / from airport. parking fee, room expensive, hotel bar very expensive. |

Very friendly and efficient staff. Evening dinner much better than last visit (about 6 months ago), so thanks to the chef and kitchen staff. Good breakfast (even if a bit pricey). |

IVery relaxing for a night before an early morning holiday flight - evening meal was good and all staff very friendly - porters are also very efficient on arrival and easy instructions for leaving the car whilst on holiday |

The porter was efficient and helpful on our arrival, dealing with return of hired car and luggage with aplomb and the room was excellent, overlooking a landscaped courtyard, with not a hint of its location in ther middle of a busy airport. We ate in the room, so cannot comment on the restaurant but the bar and staff were friendly. Checkout was easy. Children (much as I love them) were sometimes out of control in public areas...what to do?! |

The carpet in our room was disgusting, the door to the mini was falling off, the bath was full of stains and could do with updating. The prices for room service are astronomical!! There was also a severe lack of parking at this hotel. |

I stayed at this airport hotel however it was a terrible experience. I was not permitted to leave my bag as I was connecting to an evening flight. I found this unbelieveable. Never have I ever experienced this travelling. I was told it was hotel policy. I booked this hotel for a bit of luxury to pamper myself after a long flight. I shall not be recommending it or indeed I shall not stay in it again. I stayed in the nearby Bewleys Hotel two weeks earlier and did not experience this situation. No problem leaving the bag until evening time. |

Usual excellent Hilton breakfast and general public facilities. Within walking distance of all terminals at the airport, or courtesy bus available if you have a lot of luggage. Placed in a twin smoking room when booked a double non-smoking room. We were told that the hotel was in an 'overbook situation' - the practice of selling more rooms than you have got is downright dishonest in my opinion. |

Very comfortable room and bed. The breakfast was superb and the hotel well designed. Liked the bar and felt relaxed. Despite turning the air conditioning off in my room there was still a turbine running, which was noisy and irritating. |

It was very nice. I have stayed in the hilton in USA many times before and this was a similar experience. Had dinner which was a technical difficult but worth it in the end. Reception person on entering was not very informative regards room, breakfast and didn't verify the booking. Very impersonal. I honestly don't believe the room we got was the room as described during booking. Again I have stayed in the hilton in USA many times before. I couldn't use my hilton honours number here? The menu had to be explained which is never a good sign. And this is more like 40 questions than 4? |

The staff were excellent in particualar the very helpful gentleman, who took our cases upto the room. Excellent service, well done and thankyou Telephone charges for using the phone in my room. Very expensie!! |
