We're a working farm with horse liveries, sheep, miniature Shetland ponies, alpacas and pigs in the gardens along with beautiful bantams, chicken & ducks. Visit Jurassic Apartments and discover Dorset, a county of outstanding natural beauty which boasts England’s World Heritage Site known as the Jurassic Coast, with rolling hills, breath taking countryside, beautiful villages, and sandy and award winning beaches. We're on the South West Coastal Path National Trail with 630 miles of superb coastline, one of the top walks in the world. At the bottom of our land is the world famous Chesil Beach and the Fleet Saltwater Estuary which runs 10 miles along to Abbotsbury. The Penthouse has superb views of the Fleet Saltwater Estuary, Chesil Beach and the Isle of Portland across the fields where the horses, alpacas and sheep graze, with access to the farmhouse gardens, the summer house, gazebo and fields with a footpath through our land leading down to the sea which is just 300 metres from the farm house.

Martleaves Farm is a working farm set in 34 acres of land of special scientific interest leading down to the Fleet Lagoon, a 10 mile saltwater estuary running from Portland along to Abbotsbury. Across the lagoon is the world famous Chesil Beach. In addition to our Penthouse self catering apartment sleeping 6 guests on 2 floors we have 3 bed and breakfast rooms and a campsite overlooking the sea.

Jurassic Apartments Penthouse, Swallows Rest B&B and Martleaves Farm Campsite are located on Chesil Beach in Wyke Regis, between Weymouth and Portland. We have a footpath down to the sea and our rustic beach, and within a 5 minute walk we have a pub, bakery, hairdresser, barber, supermarket, post office and bus stop. It's possible to walk into Weymouth and Portland in less than an hour where we have numerous amazing restaurants and a stunning seafront.
