A 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 3-storey Lake House, located on Warren’s Cross Lake. The Lakeside Villa has views across the lake and meadow on the far shore. Suitable for 8 adults or 11 people including children. The spacious property has a superb lakeside terrace and top floor solarium, extensive entertaining space featuring banquette dining snug, relaxation and home cinema zone. The house features luxury soaps from 100 Acres.
BY CAR via M4 from London and Bristol or via M40 from Birmingham. BY TRAIN The nearest mainline station is Swindon, a 30-minute taxi journey. BY AIR The Lakes is accessible from three nearby airports, Bristol, Birmingham and London Heathrow. PARKING Once you arrive, there is a shared parking area directly outside of the property. This has space for the left-hand side. Please kindly leave the right-hand side of the bay for the neighbouring property. Additional cars can be parked in the overflow car park just behind the front gate security. We kindly ask that guests refrain from parking on the grassy areas around the property as this will damage the paths.
