Located opposite Portobello Park, Milton House features a private garden, and free parking on its cobbled driveway. A bus stop is adjacent to the B&B and offers buses into Edinburgh city centre which take 10 minutes. Views of the rear garden are featured in each room at Milton House, as well as free Wi-Fi, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms also include an en suite bathroom. A hearty full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room, and lighter options such as fresh fruit, porridge and kippers are also available. Edinburgh Airport is only a 25-minute drive, and Waverley Railway Station is only 4 miles away. Portobello Golf Course is a 10-minute walk and features the hills of Arthur’s Seat as a backdrop.

It is a French mansard designed house, we have many quirks and surprises and a welcoming environment to make your stay extra special and memorable. Close by is Musselburgh (approx 3 minutes drive) and Holyrood Park is just a 3 minute drive also!
