The location of this hotel fits our requirement for this trip. The rate and room size are reasonable and the facilities are reasonably clean. The daily breakfast is boring as the menu is the same everyday. The bed mattress is old and should be replaced. |

It is very close station and convenient for trip and shopping. It's shower room too small, room inside was smelly maybe on the floor. |

I used the hotel for very short time of the day - as usual when in London for private - so I would say that the short night and a couple of hours a day could be survived in such a basic place. The hotel is very well placed 100m from St Pancras to go via Eurostar of via rail to Luton Airport. The staff was good, the breakfest was also OK. I was a little bit surprised by lack of WC in the room, no soap/shower amenities, only 1 towel for all the stay, room on ground floor behind the desk - risky to open when not in and guests smoking behind the window when in. |

Having read other reviews I was a little concerned- but I have to say that, for the money, it was an excellent choice- had everything that we needed- and to have a full english breakfast too- was great. |

Very good location, good breakfast, friendly and well informed staff, clean linen and hot water. Good value for the money. Each room door has closing mechanism and it is making lots of noise - you have to push the door and then hold. The only other minus - in the showers there was no place to put shoes on. |

Great location, only 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. The price was good for a hotel in the center of London. Also enjoyed the English breakfast buffet. The room was small and the (shared) toilet not that clean. Tough everything was acceptable. |
