Hotel exceeded expectations - décor great and clean. Breakfast bag was fab and the breakfast supplies room was a brilliant addition and catered for different preferences. It would be really helpful if a microwave could be added but that's just an idea. Brilliant location for the marathon too, shame about the awful weather! Option for late check out for a small fee was so welcomed after being out in the cold and wet for about 5 hours!! Liked the keypad entry to all doors too. Will be back :-)

Market town with lots of different shops and a weekend market. Very quiet.
Well connected by train. Even rail-replacement service worked well.
Boston (UK) Marathon takes place there and it’s a nice route if the weather is good. Favourite restaurant Taan Thai.

Boston has gained a bad reputation, partly because of bad spins in the press and partly because of some negative locals. I grew up there and it isn't significantly worse that it was in preceding decades. Like all small (and not so small) towns it has been hit by the problems with high street shopping trade, but it remains a pretty historic town with some good attractions and the surrounding landscape is unique in this country - not the typical go-to destination countryside, but definitely worth a look if you haven't been before. Prepare to be surprised and ask the locals to reveal the area's hidden gems.

We stayed here for one day.
We stayed here for one day. The Saturday market wasn’t very big and was made up of six stalls. Shops aren’t very exciting and are mostly charity shops and vape stores.
The coffee shops are nice and low cost.

Didn't have time to go into town but lots of supermarkets and shops near appletree site. Went to beaches, circus and funparks fabulous for families. All within 30 to 45 mins drive through beautiful countryside.

We stayed here as running Boston half marathon and 10k.
It was a very wet and cold weekend.
Location excellent as only 10 min drive away from the centre. Easy drive to local shops and pubs.
Excellent apartment with great facilities in a peaceful spot.
Lovely shower.
Bed nice and comfy.
Nice size and had everything you could need.
Jacuzzi was relaxing after the run.
Contact with owners was easy and pleasant.
We would definitely return.
Fantastic location, surrounded by lots of open space/fields for us and our dog to enjoy.
Beautiful onsite pond covered in lilypads. Hot tub and sauna were a firm favourite, we made use out of these on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed!
Great location for you to access local landmarks - we visited Tattershall Castle, Frampton Marsh, Gibraltar Point, Skegness beach (dog friendly side), local pubs and public footpaths.
Hotel was a great looking building and had a great setting. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were excellent and super clean.
We were running the Boston marathon and requested a room with a bath to relax in after the run and amazingly got our room upgraded at no extra charge.
I couldn’t fault this place.
Will definitely be back again next year 👍
Breakfast was great.
Stayed here overnight before the Boston Marathon. It was a small friendly hotel, the room was clean, modern with a fridge and microwave. The hotel was central to all amenities in Boston and to the starting area for Runners. The staff were very friendly just sorry we couldn't take them up on the complimentary breakfast for Half a nd Full Marathon runners .
Perfect location 2 minute walk from the Marathon start line, and a 5 min walk from the finish. Great hosts, lovely clean room and comfy bed. Very good price also. There is also parking right outside the hotel (not owned by the hotel) which is only £3 for 24 hours so very convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Boston.
Take the apartment for first study week it's 25 min from Holbeach campus . The rooms nice and clean and can found all basics what need as described.. The design is very modern and the owner is very helpful. Also it's located in city center so all shops and restaurant is near by.
Gorgeous hotel, excellent facilities in the room (although the description on booking.com was inaccurate), this was quickly resolved with the reception team and we were upgraded to accommodate for the lack of Fridge.
An absolutely stunning apartment in the heart of Boston - everything you’d need for a short stay - immaculate everywhere, comfy beds - an quite possibly the most attentive and thoughtful host I’ve ever come across
The place was near a shopping area so you won't go far if you need anything. The room got a nice good bathroom spacious closet and a coffee machine. You will enjoy your stay in Boston staying at the King's Arm.
Nicely fitted double room with ensuite. Good value and very welcoming. Cheery clientele in the pub downstairs, which did not disturb at all. Some bits of Boston seem a bit rough but this area felt ok
The hotel was well situated for Boston town centre, the market place was only a couple of minutes walk.
The hotel has been tastefully renovated with all expectations facilities in the room.
everything it was exceptional, the hotel bloke behind the counter was amazing made us feel extremely welcome and if we are ever in Boston again we will only be using the Stanley hotel!
The location was excellent for access to central Boston. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. It was the perfect place to stay and will definitely be back very soon.
