It is opposite the Philharmonic Hall, if you are at a concert and it is a late finish, this hotel is ideal for you. Beds are very comfortable, choice of pillows, lovely bathroom products in individual bottles, and good quality

The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Lime Street station. The hop on hop off bus stops outside. The staff are very helpful.

For a relatively small country, England certainly manages to pack in a wealth of tourist attractions, from Land’s End all the way to Berwick-upon-Tweed.

Such a friendly,helping and lovely staff at Avon Hotel.They helped us with everyting we needed,city instructions,Oyster cards,socket adapter,taxi for the airport.I felt so sorry I didnt had the chance to say goodbay with a big hug because of the early hour we left.I recomand Avon Hotel,it is closed to eveeything,15- 20 min to anywhere you wished to go.The Paddington station is 3 min walk.We only used the undergound and not the bus.The Hyde Park is 5- 10 min walk and it is amazing to visit.We basically walked from Hyde Park to Victoria station.The breakfast was also very good and tasty,with coffee,orange juice, tea,fruits.In London it is not easy to find a hotel which offers also breakfast,therefore for this location is a plus and it is something what we were looking for when choosing the hotel.Highly recomomend Avon Hotel!

I loved that everything was within walking distance .
I loved that everything was within walking distance . In 2 days we visited a west End show . The Savoy hotel . Big Ben and surrounding area . Covent Garden market. Trafalga Square . The Strand . Shopping . Every shop available to you including designer departments . Our first time here in London but will not be our last. So much to still experience and visit . Thoroughly enjoyable . Would book a longer stay . I recommend Westminster Borough . 👍💯😊.

I and my family had a great positive experience, we would have stay for long, but we need to resume work immediately, precisely 28th August. Everything we needed was put in place before we even got there. A fast and reliable customer service, a quality breakfast, their facilities is a top notch. And it’s a city center, we visited few mall, I love it in city suite Manchester

I’m from the south and came as a child and remember that it was a fantastic place to visit the streets were so packed 20-30 deep with people. It’s changed drastically in the past 45 years even when I first brought my son 29 years ago and now I live in Scotland we come a few times a years for concerts. It’s so sad to see so many people begging and just the general decline of the sea front, hotels and shops closed. We are lucky to have a few holidays abroad each year but know that some people come for there main holiday and I think somethings are very expensive for families with a couple of children and that really pushes up there costs.
The tram system is really great and good value for money very efficient and on time.
The pleasure beach we live but has become quite expensive and although booking the day before can save you money, if it’s pouring with rain it’s not a great place to be so booking the day before isn’t always good.
Viva and winter gardens offers great entertainment for everyone. The tower is good a bit pricey but good.
We really hope there is minimal decline in the future as we live to come for a night or two and it’s great to see the kids and families having a good time. It would be nice to see some of the bigger hotel be dog friendly as we have to leave our doggie in day care when we come away

Since pedestrianisation, York is pleasant to stroll around.
Since pedestrianisation, York is pleasant to stroll around. When cars were everywhere it was impossible to pass so many groups of tourists and unpleasant walking. Not any more. On the whole buildings are very well cared for and businesses surviving (not too many empty shops). There is a lot to see and all of great interest. And a walk around the walls is well worth while. The Minster is a must - you won't regret the expensive entry fee. But the best thing to do is quite free - (apart from buying the book) explore the snickleways of York. An incredible experience, something you can easily make fun for the kids, and with tremendous views. The Minster Refectory is our favourite place to eat, and there are numerous good pubs full of character - you can't go wrong.

Birmingham has some great Cantonese roast meat and rice restaurants, and most importantly, some of our closest family live here. The city feels clean, peaceful, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If I have the opportunity, I would love to come back and visit more often. It is a city that feels very special to us.

The whole stay was really lovely.
The whole stay was really lovely. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and the breakfast was really nice too. The only very minor things I would have liked were some biscuits with the tea and coffee, and as the room was for two people, it would have been nice to have two of each fridge item rather than one KitKat and one of each drink. Those are genuinely just small picky points though, and overall we had a really nice stay.
