The location is perfect, if you wanna go shopping a Oxford Street, and its near the underground..

The big, comfy bed and the spotless, enormous bathroom

The soundproofing is excellent, so you feel a great calm from the sound of airplanes from the sound of other guests and this allows for a very good rest. The bed was wonderful and the sheets were spanking clean, and the shower in the bathroom and the cleaning products were exceptional. The full English breakfast was very good and all the staff seemed helpful and they know their job.

I loved the view! Every morning we had coffee overlooking the Big Ben and on the night I enjoyed the London Eye from my room. Staff was always with smile and disposition to help. I loved the pool and sauna it was a a super plus. Also used the gym which had everything for my morning workout. The pain of chocolat in the morning buffet was extraordinaire!!

Not the first time to stay there. Super location especially if you’re using T2. Very helpful staff especially the girl who was on duty when I did the check in (sorry didn’t ask her name)

The hotel service is great, very helpful people, the hotel manager is a very understanding and empathetic person, it is the best hotel in the LHR area, I will definitely visit it again!

Breakfast was amazing, wide selection 😋 😍 cannot wait to come back 😀

Excellent city centre location

The hotel is just opposite of piccadilly station And just under 5 minutes walk from piccadilly garden The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally kind

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. It was my first time as I have been trying fir years to book a room and was not successful but I got it and very very happy with everything. Omg the beds are a trap do not sleep in them as its a struggle to get out of them. I had a double bed and single bed... Very very very nice.. Repeat... The beds are tooooo gooooooood haha😄😃😄😃😄😃😢. I love relaxed and friendly staff and I don't know what else to say... Breakfast was great... I don't know what else to say... I'm staying quiet as I could go on hehe.. Jenny who helps with the breakfast I must give her 10 stars.... Fantastic.

Great hotel, purposeful being so close to the airport and they’ve upgraded so everything is clean and fresh. A big shout out to Kevin who showed me around the executive lounge and was nothing but helpful in making sure my team and I had somewhere to sit and work throughout the day due to flight delays. Can’t thank him enough and his team for accommodating us.
