Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay.

Me and my fiancé had a fabulous stay. Hotel was in the best location, round the corner from The Cavern and close to the docks. We did the Magical Mystery Tour and it dropped us off outside the Hard Days Night hotel which was perfect. Liverpudlian people are so so friendly. Staff at the hotel were so lovely. Eric the concierge met us as we were leaving and he was great too (aka Michael McDonald). Loved our whole stay in Liverpool.

Liverpool is a lovely city and there is so much to see and do! This was my second visit to the Liverpool and I still have not managed to see all the attractions there! There is culture and music, football, very large and beautiful shopping malls, the River Mersey, the Royal Albert Dock and the Beatles! All with their own sites for you to enjoy!! And above all, the people are so very friendly, helpful and welcoming!

I originally booked a room at the cost of £150 but looked on booking .com again the night before and got a room for £90 for a Saturday night in Liverpool , bargain . Yes; the rooms are dated but clean. .. for the price we paid we were happy . If I paid the full ,£150 . I may not have been Staff are friendly and our room was ready at 14,00 so we booked in early . Firstly I would like to mention the staff at breakfast, we have never stayed at a hotel anywhere in England where the staff were so friendly and attentive. We honestly felt like family. Now the breakfast.. I'm not a lover of full English but decided to try it out and so glad I did!! It was fresh, tasty, absolutely perfect. I did say I wouldn’t have it again the next morning but couldn’t resist it when I saw all the other guests eating. The best full English in Liverpool and afar!!

This is a very nice apartment located close to Liverpool city centre, shops and Albert Dock. Car parking is available a short walk away and can be arranged by the host. it was well appointed with good quality items and had a box in the shower room with easily forgotten extras like toothpaste, deodorant and sanitary goods. It was clean and well decorated. Access was via a coded lock into the building and then an electronic door lock activated by your smartphone.

The location of the hotel is excellent with access to the docks and the city centre a few minutes walk away. The Liverpool One shopping centre is literally on its doorstep. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, assisting us to leave luggage prior to checking in and after checking out. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great sleep. The hotel has a fantastic location for those looking to explore the vibrant docks and immerse themselves in the rich Beatles history, with one of the museum being conveniently close by. While the city centre may require a bit walk to reach, it is certainly within a reasonable distance. Despite facing some issues, the staff demonstrated a commendable level of helpfulness and friendliness in general.

The hotel was everything we wished for - value for money, next to Liverpool Lime Street railway station and all the sights and conveniences of the city centre, comfortable and quite spacious rooms, good bed, warm service from Kat and her colleagues (much better than other IHG hotels we stayed at). Didn't try the breakfast, but the price is very reasonable if you book it ahead of time.

Everything is damn good! The location is pretty awesome, just a few minutes from a lot of pubs, including the iconic The Cavern. But you can find the best pint of Guinness just downstairs, in the pub just outside the hotel. The hotel is cozy and good and so does the staff. If you want to stay in the hearth of Liverpool, stay in this hotel.
