I always stay here when visiting Liverpool. The location is unbeatable as everything is literally within arms reach. The rooms are well cared for and nice and warm and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Especially Housekeeping. Very, very happy with my stay here!

Beautiful hotel. Nice and polite staff. Excellent location. The bar was beautiful. For breakfast there were a lot of choices.

Upgraded to the Presidential Suite which was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful, all facilities excellent.

Bartender was great, made us feel special, like old friends. Don't remember his name, he had shoulder length hair with a man bun.

We were very warmly welcomed, without a wait. We had arrived an hour early, I thought I could just leave our bags but the lady on reception was quick to check if there was a room ready and there was.

The hotel is very nice and the service is perfect. I had a great time. The room is really good, enough space and the bed is comfy. The bathroom was clean and the products were excellent. The spa was a good experience. I enjoyed the steaming room a lot. Finally breakfast was delicious! The location is perfect, close to the center and quiet.

We had a late check in and everything was prepared for us. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with just 5mins to both the dock and liverpool one.

The hotel is very well maintained with good sized comfortable and very clean rooms and the facilities are excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated very conveniently for Lime street train station . I have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there lots off time the rooms I very clean like staying in the big bay window rooms plenty of light and room to move around...handy for shopping so close to everything around you ....plus the parking £5 a day well worth its,and u no its safe....
