Hosts were helpful and checked if the room was warm enough, also gave me directions to a takeaway and shops for food when I arrived late. The lady even asked if I had managed to find food (I had) which I appreciated. Close to bus stops and town centre. Safe and easy check in. I would stay here again.

LatviaGreat accommodation. I slept very well, the bed was very comfortable, the blanket was warm. The room was clean and comfortable, you can make yourself tea or coffee. Great internet speed. The breakfast was excellent, delicious and plentiful! Very helpful and responsive staff, welcomed me when I arrived very late. Very good location, good public transport to the city center. Everything is great, I hope to stay with you again.

AustraliaEasy parking for my hire car, clean facilities, the PIN code for your door to your room made me feel very safe. The bar down stairs was super convenient and the staff were just incredible! Super friendly and always happy to help! Had some wonderful conversations with the staff (and even other guests) and they always greeted me with a warm welcome every time I was coming and going. Nothing was too much trouble for reception or the house keeping staff too. Would stay again just for the staff 🥰

Prescot is amazing if you are going for the new playhouse experience, otherwise it does not have a lot to recommend it....we had an ok meal at Pinion, service very slow, and the meals were not quite right as ordered...it's about half an hour by train from Liverpool....

If you dont value your health and also love the prospect of having your vehicle damaged along with a journey to the hospital for numerous tests from possible contamination of various finds inside your room and possibly also life-changing illness's then ye go a head ...Whiston hospital is not that far you should make it in time...i had to pack my stuff and leave the hotel after i found the bag full of condoms etc....drugs pipes also on the roof of the window on floor 1 or level one ....

Made too feel welcome before even arriving . Once at the property, you're made straight away at home and welcomed . Tom and his wife took every opportunity to tell us about the area and where and how to visit, various places around Liverpool and nothing was any trouble Once inside the room there is a book giving good information and everything is well thought out . No need to ask or want anything better & its better then a hotel stay. And it's a big fat yes. To stay and visit again. Thank you to the hosts .

The staff did their best but were not well trained in receiving hotel guests. In fact when I arrived the young woman behind the bar said oh yeah we spoke about you coming this morning but there is nothing in the book. When I asked about the window opening she said that the building was old an none of the windows opened.

Very good location for the theatre in Prescot. Lovely flat, with comfy bed, TV with every channnel, well-appointed kitchen, and lovely decoration. Good and friendly communication with the host.
