I think i should receive a refund It was absolutely shocking. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Tiles were missing from the bathroom floors, dam in the rooms. Initial room that i was given the back of the wardrobe was hanging off. The view out of the window was none existent in fact i could touch the wall to the next property. I am very disappointed that booking. com does not do sight inspections. The area was not what I expected along with the wrong details on how to get to the property. The second room the electrical plugs were hanging off the wall. the shower area was not up to a standard expected. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay there

Proximity to all amenities. I did not like the fact that the front yard looks like a junk yard for cars and the garden is not tidy, its scattered with litter and black bags. You can not relax and sit out there at all and yet it's advertised as having a lovely back garden.

Incredibly easy and covered access from Terminal 5. Room very pleasant and completely sound proofed from airport. Easy to get into centre of London. Complimentary water. Very clean and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here if I had an early flight from T5.

Excellent position near Heathrow airport, with shuttle bus service, 7 minutes walk from London Underground only one stop from the Heathrow stations, readily available taxis. Food is amazing. The Hyatt at Heathrow was a great hotel for being near the airport. The bus ride out and back was quick, easy and inexpensive. The hotel dining was excellent. They had a variety of eating options and the food was good for both breakfast and dinner. The prices were very reasonable.

We traveled outside London for a few days and then decided...
We traveled outside London for a few days and then decided to return our rental car and stay here to explore the London center. It is expensive in the city thus we stayed here and utilized the Tube to get into the City each day and get off at Piccadilly and Kings Cross Station. Wonderful option. Would do it again.

The breakfast was superb, the room was large and more than adequate. Very clean and very warm in the middle of winter. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in the centre of London that do not match this hotel for important features like cleanliness, good warm and inviting environment, friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel has got everything and am amazed it was Premier Inn.
